Who pays us

We make money when a reader starts treatment through some of the links on this site. The company pays us. You pay the same either way.

What that buys

Position. Companies that pay us are listed ahead of companies that don't, and we say so on the boards where it happens. That's it — but it's real, and pretending otherwise would be worse than saying it.

What it doesn't buy

A price. Every figure we publish is the month-to-month rate, read off the company's own site, with the date we read it. Not the prepay rung they advertise. If a company only shows a price after an intake, the review says so rather than estimating one.

It doesn't buy a good review either. A company that pays us and ships slowly gets written up as a company that ships slowly.

What we're not

An independent publisher. Not a pharmacy, not a prescriber, not a telehealth service. We hold no relationship with Novo Nordisk or Eli Lilly.
