Tools · checked August 2026
Pick a company and a plan. It shows what lands on your card today, what lands on it every month after that, and what a prepay term commits you to in total.
Every figure below is read out of the same roster the reviews are built from, so this tool and the review of the same company cannot disagree. It shows its arithmetic on purpose — the only reason to believe a number on this site is that you can check it.
CoreAge Rx publishes 2 plan combinations we can price · checked August 2026 · partner
What they advertise
Semaglutide from $99/mo, same price at every dose. No term or prepay is attached, which is unusual and good. What is attached is a $50 to $100 provider consultation fee, disclosed only in the refund policy.

| Consultation fee$50 to $100, so this line is a range and the total below is one too. A provider consultation fee of $50 to $100, charged and non-refundable. It is disclosed in the refund policy rather than on the product page, which advertises upfront pricing with no hidden fees. | — |
| Charged today | $99 |
Plus the consultation fee this company discloses elsewhere on its site: $50 to $100, so today is $149 to $199. It is a range because they publish a range, and we do not pick a number out of one.
$99 a month after that, for as long as you stay.
Four rules produce every number above, and each one is visible in the table rather than hidden in the total.
Anything the company's own pages leave unsettled is printed underneath the sum rather than resolved in our favor or theirs. Prices move; every company here carries the month it was read, and the method is here.
It will not price a company that publishes no ladder at all. That is 3 of the 27 companies we have reviewed: Henry Meds, Synergy Rx, Breeze Meds. Their reviews record that, and none of them appears in the picker, because a company with no published rung has nothing to add up.
A larger group publishes rungs and still publishes nothing you can buy for one month with no commitment: 8 of the 27, the 3 above plus 5 more. Those 5 are in the picker, priced on the rungs they do publish, and each review says what is missing.
It also will not tell you what a company charges after a prepay term ends, what shipping costs where a company does not publish it, or what a dose increase does to a price on a ladder that is not published. Those are gaps in what the companies publish, and this tool prints gaps as gaps.
24 companies and 126 plan combinations, all computed by the same function that fills the picker above. Each row links that company's cost page, which carries its whole ladder priced out line by line.

“Cheapest month” is the medication rung plus any membership the company requires — the same number the review and the ranked lists print. “Plans priced” counts every combination of a medication rung and a membership term the company publishes, which is what the picker steps through.
Each company's ladder was read off its own pages and dated, and the reasoning is in the review. Two pieces set out the pattern the numbers show: why the advertised GLP-1 price is almost never what you pay and whether a 12-month prepay actually saves you money.
Some companies here pay us a commission when a reader starts care through a marked link. It does not change a price we quote or the order of anything on this page — the picker is sorted by the cheapest single month, which you can re-derive yourself. Who pays us.
Every review is on the index, priced by molecule on the molecule pages. The cheapest month to month is here, the rest of the tools are on the tools index, and the words in these tables are defined in the glossary.
