GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

No one-month GLP-1 price appears anywhere on LifeRx. Its weight-loss page says “Starting at $200*” without naming the period, the drug or the dose that buys, and the terms bill a platform fee, provider charges and medication separately, with consultation fees disclosed but never priced.

  • Consultation fee disclosed, never priced

What it is

LifeRx is a telehealth company in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, selling weight loss with GLP-1s alongside sexual health, hair loss and NAD+ and B12 programs. After an online questionnaire, a provider licensed in your state looks over your answers, and anyone seeking weight loss also needs an initial video consultation before a prescription. Medication ships from licensed U.S. partner pharmacies, in three to five business days by the FAQ's count.

The operator is LifeRx, Inc. (the legal name adds the .md suffix), at 401 Cooper Landing Rd in Cherry Hill. It calls itself a platform giving non-clinical management services to independent medical practices, which it calls Medical Groups and never names. It says it serves all 50 states, and its terms fall under New Jersey law.

The GLP-1 page never says semaglutide or tirzepatide. A compounding disclaimer at the foot of it notes that “FDA-approved products containing semaglutide are available,” and nothing else on the page identifies the drug.

What it actually costs

There's one GLP-1 figure on the site: “Starting at $200*.” Nothing beside it says whether that's per month, for which drug, or at what dose. The page adds that the price doesn't climb as the dose does and that there are “No membership or subscription fees.”

The terms split the bill three ways: a platform fee for using the site, charges for the provider's medical services, and separate product charges for the medication, “all itemized before purchase.” The return policy confirms consultation fees for both first visits and follow-ups, without an amount anywhere.

Nothing renews on its own. The terms say services “must be requested and paid for on a monthly basis” and that LifeRx doesn't run automatic renewals or subscriptions, so each month you start the order yourself.

Once a prescription goes to the pharmacy, the money's gone. Medication and completed consultations are non-refundable, and canceling is possible only before the prescription is sent, dispensing begins or a shipping label exists. A billing error has to be reported within 48 hours of the charge. HSA, FSA and CareCredit cards are accepted; insurance isn't billed.

Who it's wrong for

Want a monthly figure before you share your medical history? The only one is “Starting at $200*,” with no period attached.

Skip it if you'd rather stay off camera. Weight-loss patients need a first video visit with the provider.

Shopping by molecule? The GLP-1 page never says semaglutide or tirzepatide in its sales copy.

Expect a consultation charge you can't size in advance: the return policy discloses it without a figure.

Charged the wrong amount? LifeRx reviews billing errors only when you report them within 48 hours.
