What it is
Heros Health sells a broad cash-pay telehealth menu: ED pills, hair and skin treatments, NAD+, sermorelin, and a GLP-1 program built on compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. You take a short eligibility quiz, a clinician looks it over inside a day, and approved medication goes out in 2 to 4 days. No insurance is required.
The company is Heros Health, Inc., whose terms give a mailing address in a Katy, Texas, suite and pick Delaware law. Prescriptions come from physicians in a partner clinical network; the weight-loss page shows three of them (Dr. Amber Patel, Dr. Scott Sanderson and Dr. Scott Nass) and says prescribers are licensed in your state. It says it covers every state plus D.C.
A product page for retatrutide, a triple-agonist injection with no FDA approval, already lists it at $399 a month and marks it “Coming soon”.
What it actually costs
Advertised$129
Actually$179/mo
Heros Health advertises $129. A month costs $179 because the advertised rate is the lowest rung of a dose ladder.
The gap
They advertise $129 a month. That is the lowest rung, not the price most people pay; the number a reader should plan around is $179.
On semaglutide's monthly plan, month one is $129 and every later month $179. Pay for three months at once and it's $435 ($145 a month); six months is $834 ($139 a month). Tirzepatide has only the monthly option, $249 to start and $275 from then on.
Higher doses cost nothing extra, no membership sits on top, and delivery is free. So the ongoing monthly figures are $179 and $275, not the $129 and $249 printed largest on the cards.
The approval rules read two ways. Per the weight-loss FAQ, someone turned down on medical grounds pays nothing, and cards aren't charged before a doctor signs off. The terms, though, keep consultation fees once any provider has looked at an intake, prescription or no prescription. No consultation fee amount is published anywhere.
The home page puts a “90-day money-back guarantee” right beside the GLP-1 offer, yet the terms call every sale of compounded medication final. The only written guarantee terms, on the ED pages, refund a first order after a doctor has tried adjusting treatment. Plans auto-renew, and stopping the next charge takes a cancellation two days ahead of renewal.
Who it's wrong for
Budgeting from the $129 on the card? That's semaglutide's first month. Every month after is $179, and tirzepatide moves from $249 to $275.
Want a prepaid discount on tirzepatide? Heros sells it month to month only, at $275, with no three- or six-month card.
Skip it if you're leaning on the “90-day money-back guarantee” from the home page. The terms say sales of dispensed medication are final.
Not for you if knowing the pharmacy matters. Four are named, from Miami to Kennewick, Washington, and none is tied to GLP-1 orders.
Prefer a phone line with posted hours? The only number is in the terms, written as +1 702763-HERO, and no hours appear.
