Boards · checked August 2026

Ordered by rule, not by who pays us

5 boards, each one a single stated rule applied to all 51 companies we have priced first-hand. The rule sits at the top of every board, so you can rebuild it yourself and check that we did not put a thumb on it.

Most “best GLP-1 provider” pages are a hand-written order with a commission behind it. These are not orders at all: each one is a filter and a sort, both written out in words above the list, applied to the same roster every other page on this site uses.

The order, on every board here

Ordered by what one month really costs with no commitment — the medication rung plus any membership the company requires — cheapest first, with equal prices broken by company name. Nothing about a commercial relationship enters the order.

The gate on every board here

A company with no month-to-month price we could verify does not appear on any of these boards — not last, not with a dash where the number goes. 39 of the 51 companies we have reviewed publish a price you can pay for a single month; the other 12 are named, with the reason, on the cheapest board. And a board needs 5 qualifying companies, and has to refuse at least 3 that the cheapest board carries, before it exists at all. Both floors fail the build rather than shipping a thin page.

The boards

What the cheapest board says today

The whole roster, priced and ordered, runs $79–$399/mo. The five rows at the top of it are below; the rest, and the 12 companies with no verifiable month-to-month price at all, are on the board itself.

Rules we applied and did not publish

These were written, run against the roster and refused. Their counts are re-measured every time the site builds, so a rule that has since earned its page fails the build rather than sitting in a list nobody re-reads.

Oral GLP-1, no injectionCompanies publishing a month-to-month price for a GLP-1 taken by mouth.Under the floor of 5. Two companies on this roster publish a price for one, which is not a market and not a board. It is a sentence on each of their reviews instead.4 of 51
The published price is the whole billCompanies with a verified month-to-month price, no prepay rung, no membership and no consultation fee disclosed.Under the floor of 5. The strictest rule we could state, and it is the reason this site exists: almost nobody clears it. One board of one company is a review with extra steps.4 of 51
Brand-name Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and ZepboundCompanies publishing a month-to-month price for a manufacturer-branded molecule.Already published at /drugs/brand-semaglutide. This board would carry the same companies, in the same price order, as the molecule page that already publishes them. Two pages competing for one query is a wound a small site inflicts on itself.10 of 51

Why there is no board called “best overall”

Because we could not write the rule down. Every board here is a sentence a reader can apply to the roster themselves and get the same answer; “best overall” is a sentence nobody can check, and a score out of ten is the same thing with a number painted on it. Neither will appear on this site.

The one thing that does move money here is the partner label, and it is on every row it applies to, on every board, next to a link explaining it. Where our partners land on a board is printed on that board, computed from the finished list. Who pays us · how we review.

All 51 reviews are on the index, priced by molecule on the molecule pages, with a single plan worked out line by line in the real cost calculator and the findings drawn across the roster in the answers.
