On this site, auto-renewal means a plan or membership that bills again on its own at the end of each term unless the reader cancels it first, in the company's own words.
It's the line under a membership price, in a refund policy, or on a plan card saying the plan bills again unless you cancel. The renewal figure is often not the figure the plan was sold at: a promotional first month renews at the standing rate, and some six-month plans renew month to month at a higher price.
Each review opens with the standing rate, not the promotional first charge, and prints any cancellation deadline the company publishes. Set a reminder before the renewal date if you plan to stop.

It's $2,094 charged on day one, and the card says “Auto-renews.”
Plans auto-renew for another 12-month or 6-month period at the same monthly rate at the end of each plan term.” The card above it reads “66% off first month* MED+ Starting at $74 $25 /first month^ Then, $74/month.
The billing terms, as far as they go, from /terms-and-conditions: “Certain products and services available for purchase through the Services require that you purchase the product and/or service on an automatically renewing subscription basis.

Two governing-law clauses are live at once, Texas in the terms and Delaware in a second terms page, and the terms describe monthly and 3-month plans, plus auto-renewal, that neither funnel offers.
Purchases are made “on an automatically renewing subscription basis”, renewal is cancellable only by logging in at least 48 hours ahead, and cancellation “will take effect at the end of the current subscription period”.

Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.” The terms add: “Two membership terms are available (6- or 12-month), each with an annual membership fee that automatically renews unless canceled.”
Per the terms, subscriptions auto-renew on a cycle tied to the plan you pick; you can cancel from your account whenever you like, and the plan still runs through the months already paid.

After the initial 90 days, the protocol will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis.

Each plan card calls its price “a one-time purchase paid upfront,” yet the terms say subscription plans auto-renew before the next billing cycle.
To stop the next shipment you have to pause the treatment and switch Auto-Renew off, both in the portal, and the FAQ warns that doing only one may not be enough.
Turning off auto-renew in your account ends it, as does an email sent two days or more before the next charge; the current month runs out and isn't pro-rated.
There is nothing to cancel, no auto-renewals, and no recurring charges.

The home FAQ lists a question “Does turning off auto-renew cancel my current order?”.
A two-month commitment is required for all ShapeInRx weight loss programs.” Terms (“effective as of September 3, 2024”): “Subscriptions automatically renew, and you will be charged until you cancel.
