What it is

AquaVita NextGen is the online weight-loss arm of AquaVita Wellness & Medspa, a medical spa at 23321 El Toro Rd in Lake Forest, California. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, plus Lipo-B, NAD+ and glutathione injection kits, through a WooCommerce shop. The operator named in the terms and privacy policy is AquaVita, Inc.

It's a five-state service. The FAQ lists California, Florida, Texas, Nevada and Arizona, and the eligibility screen offers only those five. After an online form and payment, a provider clears you on a video call, the Good Faith Exam that the site says comes “prior to issuing any prescription.” The medical director and CEO is Dr. Steve Groke, an emergency-medicine physician.

Medication ships from a licensed compounding pharmacy that the site never names. Shipping is free, and the terms let AquaVita route or transfer a prescription between any of its pharmacies.

What it actually costs

AquaVita NextGen prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$215$200 /mo, 3 months
Compounded tirzepatide$320$300 /mo, 3 months

A first month of semaglutide is $215, or $600 for a three-month supply. Tirzepatide is $320 for one month or $900 for three. Those are the new-patient products in the shop.

The price rises after the start. Returning patients reorder a Phase 2 continuation: semaglutide at $275 for 4 weeks or $650 for 12, tirzepatide at $429 for 4 weeks or $1,100 for 12. So a patient who stays on tirzepatide month by month pays $109 more from the second phase on.

The reorder page says a plan includes “medication, shipping, medical consultations, and ongoing support,” with no separate visit fee disclosed. Afterpay, Affirm and Klarna are offered. The dosing FAQ refers to “your subscription,” and the terms say some products renew automatically unless canceled two days before renewal, yet no product page states whether its supply renews on its own.

Nothing comes back once it ships. The refund policy says products can't be returned “under any circumstances” and are non-refundable, with a replacement or refund considered only for damaged, missing or wrong items reported within 48 hours. The purchase terms go further: “All sales are final,” and any refund AquaVita chooses to issue “may only be issued as store credit.”

Who it's wrong for

Living outside California, Arizona, Florida, Nevada or Texas? AquaVita can't treat you, and its eligibility screen offers no other state.

Budget for $275, not $215, if you plan to stay on semaglutide. The lower figure covers the starting supply, and Phase 2 reorders cost more.

Skip it if you want the dispensing pharmacy named up front. The site says only that it's licensed.

Tirzepatide at $429 a month after the first phase is steep. That's the continuation price on the reorder page.

Not for you if a refund matters. All sales are final, and the purchase terms limit any refund AquaVita does grant to store credit.
