Our verdict

ARSYNL Rx lists compounded semaglutide at $219 a month and compounded tirzepatide at $269 on a flexible one-month plan, although its home page advertises the GLP-1 program at “$199.99 / month”. A needle-free tirzepatide spray is also $269 a month, or $759 for three months.

What it is

ARSYNL Rx is a veteran-founded telehealth brand from ARSYNL LLC, registered at a Dover, Delaware address, that began with men's hair loss and now sells testosterone, sexual-health, longevity and weight-loss prescriptions. Its GLP-1 line: weekly injections of B12-blended compounded semaglutide and of compounded tirzepatide, plus tirzepatide in a HypoSpray® transdermal spray you apply Monday through Friday. Part of its revenue goes to Shields & Stripes, a recovery nonprofit for veterans and first responders.

The site gives two accounts of who prescribes. The GLP-1 product pages credit “the Arora Health provider network”, with Sean Arora, MD as CEO, while the FAQ says “We use MD Integrations” and assigns Dr. Jeffrey Shellenberger and Dr. Marc Serota to patients in four states (Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and California). Whichever group it is, the FAQ promises a doctor licensed where you live. Two pharmacies may fill an order: Manifest Pharmacy in Greer, South Carolina and RX Compounding Store in Miami.

ARSYNL takes no insurance and serves U.S. patients only. In certain states a video or live-chat consult is part of the visit.

ARSYNL Rx's own pages print two different prices for compounded semaglutide. The month-to-month figure above is the one a new customer pays; both figures, and where each appears, are on the cost page.

Semaglutide injections are $219 a month and tirzepatide injections $269, each on a one-month plan billed monthly, with supplies included and no separate membership. The product pages call the price flat across dose steps. The tirzepatide spray is $269 for one month or $759 billed once for three ($253 a month).

The home page's GLP-1 section advertises “$199.99 / month”, billed monthly and labeled a starting price. Nothing in the weight-loss store matches it.

Each product card also carries a price range, $219.00 through $1,199.00 for semaglutide and $269.00 through $1,299.00 for tirzepatide, and the injection pages never say what the top figures buy. The product data behind both injection pages marks them out of stock; the spray is listed in stock.

Every GLP-1 page advertises a “money-back guarantee”, but the returns policy makes a prescription sale final as soon as the charge goes through and the carrier takes the box. You're billed when the medication ships, and first-time buyers can take $100 off with the code printed on the spray page.

Who it's wrong for

Shopping from the $199.99 on the home page? Nothing in the weight-loss store sells for that; semaglutide begins at $219.

Don't lean on the money-back badge. ARSYNL's written returns policy makes prescription orders final once they're charged and handed to the carrier.

Want to know which medical group is treating you? ARSYNL names Arora Health on its product pages and MD Integrations in its FAQ.

Need an injection soon? The store's own product data lists both injectables as out of stock, which leaves the $269 spray.

Expecting a single support line with set hours? The site prints three different phone numbers across its pages and no hours at all.
