Raeliva review

GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

Month to month, Raeliva charges $219 for compounded semaglutide injections, and tirzepatide injections are $299. The $150 it leads with needs a six-month semaglutide plan, charged as $900 at once. There's no membership, and the price doesn't move with your dose.

  • No membership fee on top

Against it

  • The advertised $150/mo is a 6-month prepay, $900 at once
  • No support hours published

What it is

Raeliva is a cash-pay GLP-1 shop selling two compounded molecules, semaglutide and tirzepatide, in two forms apiece: a shot once a week or a sublingual tablet once a day. NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione make up a smaller longevity shelf. Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC of San Diego runs the website and the intake form, and says it was founded in 2026.

Almost everything after the intake belongs to someone else. CareValidate Incorporated, of Alpharetta, Georgia, runs the telehealth visit, the prescription routing and all billing on its CareGLP platform. Prescribing clinicians practice through Lion MDs, and the site states your clinician is licensed where you're physically located. Six named pharmacies fill the orders.

It's upfront about the product: all of its GLP-1 medicine is compounded, it doesn't sell Wegovy, Ozempic or Zepbound, and it doesn't bill insurance. It ships to all 50 states and nowhere outside the U.S.

What it actually costs

Raeliva advertises $150. A month costs $219 because the advertised rate is the 6-month plan.

The gap

They advertise $150 a month. That is the 6-month plan, $900 on the card today. With no commitment it is $219 a month.

Raeliva prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$219$150 /mo, 6 months
Oral semaglutide$260$167 /mo, 6 months
Compounded tirzepatide$299$242 /mo, 6 months

Semaglutide injections run $219 month to month, $500 every three months or $900 every six. Tirzepatide injections are $299 monthly, $800 per quarter or $1,450 per half year. The tablets cost more: semaglutide tablets are $260, $550 or $1,000, and tirzepatide tablets $359, $850 or $1,600.

Every figure covers medication, the provider review, refill coordination, shipping and access to the care team. Raeliva charges no membership and no visit fee. The one carve-out is lab work, which the FAQ says may be billed separately when a provider asks for it, with notice first.

Multi-month plans are one charge. Raeliva spells it out: the monthly figure on a longer plan “is the effective rate”, not a payment schedule. Longer plans then arrive in two parcels, the second near the end of the first stretch, because of the medication's shelf life.

Dose doesn't change what you pay, and neither does time on the program. The FAQ says the starting price holds after the first order. The exception is the $20 code offered for joining the email list, which applies once and doesn't follow you into refills.

A provider's no costs you nothing. After the pharmacy fills your order, though, that money stays spent: refunds cover orders canceled before processing, duplicate charges, shipping or pharmacy errors and provider declines, and nothing else.

Who it's wrong for

Working from the $150 on the weight-loss page? It's the half-year semaglutide price, paid as $900 at checkout. A single month of that injection costs $219.

Skip it if you'd want Wegovy or Zepbound by name. Raeliva states plainly that brand-name pens aren't something it provides.

The tablets carry a real premium. Tirzepatide by tablet is $359 a month against $299 for the shot, and Raeliva states the medication is the same molecule.

Prefer a single company accountable end to end? Look elsewhere. The site belongs to Pacific Shores Research Group, while CareValidate holds your record, your prescription and your card.

Buying the $149 microdose to lose weight? Raeliva sells it as a longevity protocol and tells you plainly to start on the standard-dose program instead.

  2. The prices, from the “Choose a plan” cards. /products/semaglutide-injections/: “Monthly plan $219/month the same every month”, “3-month plan $167/month $500 billed every 3 months” and “6-month plan $150/month $900 billed every 6 months”. /products/semaglutide-odt/: “Monthly plan $260/month the same every month”, “3-month plan $183/month $550 billed every 3 months” and “6-month plan $167/month $1,000 billed every 6 months”. /products/tirzepatide-injections/: “Monthly plan $299/month the same every month”, “3-month plan $267/month $800 billed every 3 months” and “6-month plan $242/month $1,450 billed every 6 months”. /products/tirzepatide-odt/: “Monthly plan $359/month the same every month”, “3-month plan $283/month $850 billed every 3 months” and “6-month plan $267/month $1,600 billed every 6 months”.
  3. The headline, from the /weight-loss/ plan tiles: “Compounded Semaglutide from $150 /month on the 6-month plan”, with tirzepatide “from $242”, semaglutide tablets “from $167” and tirzepatide tablets “from $267”, each “on the 6-month plan”. The FAQ restates the ladder: “compounded semaglutide starts at $150/month on the 6-month plan ($219 month to month), and compounded tirzepatide starts at $242/month ($299 month to month).”
  4. Billing, from the FAQ: “Upfront, as a single charge. The monthly figure we show for a multi-month plan is the effective rate — what the total works out to per month — not a monthly payment. For example, the semaglutide injection 6-month plan is $900 billed once, which is $150 a month.” And: “A 3- or 6-month plan ships in two shipments rather than all at once, because of medication shelf life.”
  5. Inclusions, from the FAQ: “One price covers your provider consultation and prescription, the medication itself, refill coordination, shipping, and ongoing access to the clinical team. There is no separate membership or subscription fee”, and “Lab work, when a provider requires it, may be billed separately — you will be told before anything is ordered.” On price changes: “The price you start on is the price you keep”, except that promo codes “are valid for a single use”.
  6. Microdose products, from /products/semaglutide-microdose/ and /products/tirzepatide-microdose/: each is “Monthly plan $149/month the same every month”, offered “for metabolic support as part of a longevity plan rather than for weight loss”, and “Raeliva makes no weight-loss claim for it.”
  7. Refunds, from the Refund & Return Policy (“Last updated: July 27, 2026”): refunds “may be issued only” when “The order was cancelled before it was processed or shipped”, for “A duplicate charge”, for a “verified shipping or pharmacy error”, or when “The prescribing provider determined that treatment could not proceed after consultation”, processed “within 5–10 business days”. Not refundable: “Completed medical consultations” and “Prescription medications already dispensed or shipped”. Cancellation: “no further charges occur once your cancellation is confirmed”; the FAQ adds “no cancellation fee”.
  8. Who does what, from How This Site Works (“Last updated: August 11, 2026”) and the About page: Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC operates the website and the intake at Raeliva's home page and says “We are not a pharmacy. We do not prescribe medication. We do not employ clinicians. We do not fill prescriptions. We do not bill you or process your payment.” CareValidate Incorporated (4575 Webb Bridge Road, Unit 4345, Alpharetta, GA 30023-0493) runs the consultation, prescription routing and billing on its CareGLP platform; clinicians practice through “Lion MDs, an independent medical practice with clinicians licensed in all 50 U.S. states”, and “your clinician is licensed in the state where you are physically located at the time of your encounter.” Medical director named on the About page: Dr. Hirenkumar Italia. The site says it is LegitScript certified.
  9. Pharmacies, from the About page: “Belmar Pharmacy 503A and 503B, state-licensed”, and Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx, The Pharmacy Hub and Foothills Pharmacy, each “503A, state-licensed”. The FAQ: “the pharmacy is named on your shipment.”
  10. The operator and terms: the footer reads “Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC · 4993 Niagara Ave, Suite 206 · San Diego, CA 92107”. The Terms & Conditions (“Last updated: July 27, 2026”) are governed by California law, with binding individual AAA arbitration, a class-action waiver and a 30-day opt-out. The How This Site Works page says CareValidate's own subscription and refund terms apply once intake begins; those were not published on Raeliva's site.
  11. Shipping and reach, from the FAQ: “Orders typically arrive within 3–5 days of your provider approving the prescription”; injections ship refrigerated; “We ship to all 50 states” and “We do not ship outside the United States, including to the UK and Canada.” The About page adds that shipping is “temperature-controlled, overnight, and free.”
