Compounded semaglutide

$60–$399/mo

What one month costs with no commitment, across the 21 companies on this roster that publish a figure for it.

Semaglutide prepared for a named patient by a compounding pharmacy rather than dispensed as a manufacturer's branded product.

The range, with its denominator

26 of the 39 companies we have reviewed sell compounded semaglutide. 21 of those 26 publish a price you can pay for a single month: the cheapest is Mochi Health at $60, the dearest is $399, and the middle of the published figures is $190. A molecule needs 3 priced companies before this site gives it a page at all.

Compounded semaglutide, every company and its published prices
CompanyMonth to monthAdvertisedSame price at every dose?
Mochi Health$60/mo$60/moPriced per dose, and published: 0.22 mg $60, 0.44 mg $70, 0.88 mg $82, 1.5 mg $92, 2.21 mg $96, 2.67 mg $99, 4.5 mg $151, 6.48 mg $189. The FAQ still describes a flat $99 for the 0.22 to 2.67 mg range, which the ladder above contradicts.
Eden$99/mo$99/moSame price at every dose. Eden publishes a Same Price at Every Dose policy covering dosage adjustments, excluding new-member promotions.
CoreAge Rx$99/mo$99/moSame price at every dose, and CoreAge goes further than most: whatever price you lock in at checkout stays the same for all future months, regardless of dose increases.
Trava$117.96/mo$88.65/moThe product page reads "Semaglutide Tirzepatide $ 117.96 / monthly Save $87.92 with Our Quarterly Package" above a dose selector offering 0.25mg, 0.5mg, 1mg, 1.5mg and 2.5mg, and warns: "Your price will change if you need to adjust your dose for a better experience." No price for any dose above the first is published anywhere we looked. The $88.65 is Trava's own home-page figure for semaglutide; it does not print a quarterly total, so the $265.95 charged today is $88.65 multiplied by three.
bmiMD$159/mo$119/moThe product page publishes the ladder as "CHOOSE PLAN 12 mo $228.60/mo $119 /month 12 Month 6 mo $228.60/mo $129 /month 6 month 3 mo $228.60/mo $149 /month 3 Month 1 mo $228.60/mo $159 /month 1 month", and prints each total itself: "Total Price: $2,743.20 $1428", "$1,371.60 $774", "$685.80 $447" and "$228.60 $159". The microdose page carries the identical four prices under a different crossed-out figure of $199.80.
Coby Health$159/mo$159/moThe monthly tab is a dose ladder, not a flat rate: "Starts at $199 $159 · Billed monthly · Order monthly for maximum flexibility · Month 1 (0.25mg): $159 · Month 2 (0.50mg): $199 · Month 3 (1.0mg): $229 · Month 4 (1.7mg): $249 · Month 5+ (2.4mg): $249". So $159 buys the first month at the lowest dose and $249 is where most people end up. The two Kickstart bundles are "First Quarter $209 $133 /month · Save more than $200! · Covers initial 12 weeks: 0.25mg > 0.50mg > 1mg · One payment of $399" and "First 6 Months $229 $155 /month · Save more than $400! · Covers initial 24 weeks · One payment of $930", both restricted to "patients starting semaglutide or continuing the 0.25mg dose". Both totals multiply exactly. ⚠ The first badge does not hold against Coby's own ladder: months one to three of that exact dose sequence are $159 + $199 + $229 = $587, and $587 − $399 is $188, which is not more than $200. It reaches $228 only if month one is priced at the struck-through $199 rather than the advertised $159. The six-month badge does hold: $159 + $199 + $229 + $249 + $249 + $249 is $1,334, and $1,334 − $930 is $404. Coby also publishes same-dose bundles at $115 to $219 a month over three and $99 to $199 over six, all of which multiply out to the dollar. There is no membership: Coby's own FAQ says "No, Coby Health does not require a subscription or membership for any compounded semaglutide plans."
Gimme Care$160/moSame as aboveOne price at every dose: nothing on the site ties the price to a dose, and the FAQ says a provider can adjust your dosage without mentioning a change in cost. Gimme states the per-month figures and the billing cadence — "$130 per month with a 3-month plan (billed every 3 months), or $160 per month with a month-to-month plan" — and does not print the three-month total, so the $390 above is $130 multiplied by three.
GobyMeds$169/mo$99/moFrom https://www.gobymeds.com/pricing, read 2026-08-31: "Compounded Semaglutide 3-month starter bundle $99/m" at the top, and further down "Compounded Semaglutide (GLP-1) Starter Plan - 3-Month Bundle $299 · Perfect for first-time patients beginning their GLP-1 journey. Full 12 weeks of medication, shipping, consultation, and injection kit." ⚠ $99 × 3 is $297 and the stated total is $299, so the bundle is $99.67 a month rounded down to $99 on the badge. The single-month rung reads "Compounded Semaglutide (GLP-1) Single Month $169 · One month at any dosage." Two other bundles are published without a per-month figure and are not carried in the ladder above: a two-month bundle at $299 "at any dosage", and a three-month bundle for patients past the starter dose priced by the highest dose in the plan — "Maintenance plan .2mg to .4mg - $299 · Plans reaching .6 to 1.5 mg - $399 · Plans reaching 1.9 to 2.3 mg - $499". Goby also lists Zepbound® at $1399 / month and Wegovy® at $1695 / month.
Cora Health$175/mo$99/moCora publishes the grid itself, totals included: "Compounded Semaglutide Annual Best Value $99 /mo $1,188 every 12 mo Semi-Annual Save $330 $120 /mo $720 every 6 mo Quarterly Save $90 $145 /mo $435 every 3 mo Monthly $175 /mo Billed monthly". Both savings badges reconcile against the $175 monthly rung: six months at $175 is $1,050 against $720, which is the $330 claimed, and three months is $525 against $435, which is the $90. Price is flat at every dose.
GoodGirlRx$179/mo$134/moThe product page publishes the grid as "3-month plan Most Popular $159/mo * Save $20/mo $60 total over 3 months", "6-month plan Save $34/mo $145/mo *", "12-month plan Best Value Save $45/mo $134/mo *" and "1-month plan $179/mo *". All three savings badges reconcile against the $179 rung — $20, $34 and $45 — and the $60 total is $20 times three. GoodGirlRx does not print the multi-month totals, so the charged-today column is the per-month figure multiplied by the term, which is what its own asterisk requires: "All plans are paid upfront."
Oak$190/mo$167/moAll doses are the same price, stated twice on the product page. Free overnight shipping with supplies included.
Care Bare Rx$199/mo$199/moPrice varies by dose and medication prescribed, in their own words, and no tier table is published. $199 is a floor, not a quote.
Good Life Meds$199/moSame as aboveThe semaglutide product page prices the same way: "Compounded Semaglutide $ 99 $199", with the $99 conditional on the same $100-off promo code. $199 is the standing monthly price. Good Life publishes no quarterly or six-month figure for semaglutide on that page, and we have not carried the tirzepatide ladder across to it.
Gala Health$249/mo$179/moAll doses cost the same, stated on the plan screen as "Same Price. All Dosage Levels. One price. Forever." Note the unit: a Gala month is a 4-week supply, so the 12-month plan is 48 weeks, not a calendar year.
Synergy Rx$249/moSame as aboveThe billing-cycle screen, verbatim after a 13-step intake on 2026-08-31: "Monthly · $249/mo · $199 first month" (preselected), "3 Months - $748 · $249/mo · Save $-1", "6 Months - $1248 · $208/mo · Save $246", "12 Months - $2298 · $192/mo · Save $690", with "Total if prescribed $199" underneath. ⚠ Three of those four cards have an arithmetic problem. "Save $-1" is shipped as written: three months at $249 is $747 and the plan costs $748, so the badge prints the negative literally. The $246 and $690 badges are each exactly $50 too large, because they subtract from $249 × N and ignore the $199 first month on the card beside them — six months bought singly is $1,444, so the real saving is $196, and twelve is $2,938, so the real saving is $640. And the per-month rate on the twelve-month card is rounded: $2,298 over twelve months is $191.50, not the $192 printed. Synergy states "Price includes consult, medication, supplies, shipping, and support" and "Cancel or change plans anytime", and adds "After checkout, a provider will review your information to determine if treatment is right for you. Prescription is not guaranteed."
Breeze Meds$249/moSame as aboveThe plan screen, verbatim after a 15-step intake on 2026-08-31: "Choose your plan · Month-to-Month: $249 $199 first month · 3-month plan: $748 · 6-month plan: $1,248 Save $246 · 12-month plan: $2,298 Save $690", with the 3-month plan preselected and "Total if prescribed $748" beneath. ⚠ The three-month card here carries no savings badge at all, and it is the one Breeze has already chosen for you. Its twin platform prints "Save $-1" on the identical $748 plan, which is what three months at $249 against a $748 charge actually produces. The $246 and $690 badges are each exactly $50 too large for the same reason they are on the twin: both subtract from $249 × N and ignore the $199 first month on the card beside them, so the real savings are $196 and $640. The screen also carries a caveat the twin does not: "*Prices are based on lowest dosage rates. Higher dosages may reflect a higher rate. Please review product descriptions for dosage pricing." Alongside: "30-day Supply · Price includes consult, medication, supplies, shipping, and support · Cancel or change plans anytime · Payment will not be processed until approval is made".
Direct Meds$297/mo$297/moNot stated
Zealthy$297/mo$151/moThe bundle is $217 for the first month and $297 after that, and it includes the medication, the provider review and the prescription. The $151 rung is medication alone and requires a 3-month supply; Zealthy publishes it as a per-month figure and never publishes the three-month total, so the $453 above is $151 multiplied by three and not a number Zealthy states. A separate membership is required on that path and its ongoing rate is not published.
TrimRx$299/moSame as aboveRead off the plan screen after a full intake on 2026-08-31: "Monthly Plan … $299/month · PAY ONLY $179 LIMITED OFFER · You are saving $120 on your first month", "3-Month Plan … $249 $209/mo · You are saving $149 vs monthly", "6-Month Plan … $211 $191/mo · You are saving $526 vs monthly", "12-Month Plan … $184 $174/mo · You are saving $1,370 vs monthly". ⚠ The multi-month cards publish a per-month rate and a savings figure and no total, so the charged-today column above is what those two numbers imply, not a figure TrimRx prints: three months bought singly is $179 + 2 × $299 = $777, less the stated $149, so $628. Six is $179 + 5 × $299 = $1,674 less $526, so $1,148. Twelve is $179 + 11 × $299 = $3,468 less $1,370, so $2,098. Every one of those savings figures reconciles to the dollar against TrimRx's own first-month price, which is worth saying because the badges are the honest part here. What does not reconcile is the rate beside them: $628 over three months is $209.33 a month and the card says $209, $1,148 over six is $191.33 against a printed $191, and $2,098 over twelve is $174.83 against a printed $174. Multiply the printed rate by the term and you are $1, $2 and $10 short of the real charge. TrimRx also states "Same Price. All Dosage Levels." and labels the monthly plan a "4 Week Supply" and the 12-month plan a "48 Week Supply".
Alan Health$315/mo$158/moThe product page reads "Personalized Compounded Semaglutide Starting from $315 $158 /mo* PROMOTION: Buy 1 month, get 1 month free" with the asterisk "*Paid upfront with a 2-month plan. Actual price to the consumer will depend on the plan purchased." The charged-today figure on the promotional rung is $315, which is what the page states, not $158 multiplied by two. Alan states "Same price at every dose — no surprises".
WeightCare$399/mo$215/moThe product page's payment options, verbatim: "6-MONTH PLAN · $215 / PER MONTH · $ 6.94 / DAY" (preselected), "3-MONTH PLAN · $249 / PER MONTH", "MONTHLY · $399 / PER MONTH", and beneath all three, "✓ NO COMMITMENTS. ✓ CANCEL ANYTIME." Choosing the six-month plan puts one line in the cart: "Semaglutide Weight Loss Program (Six Months) · Deliver every 6 months · $1,290.00", subtotal $1,290.00. $215 × 6 is $1,290, so the multiplication is right; what it describes is a single charge. The three-month total above is $249 × 3, our multiplication rather than a figure WeightCare prints, and the cart line for it was not read. ⚠ "$6.94 / DAY" assumes six 31-day months, or 186 days. Across six calendar months it is $7.06. And WeightCare's own FAQ prices what comes next differently again: "Monthly Renewal: $499 · 3-Month Renewal: $997 (for 7.5 mg/week for 12 weeks) - that's like $333/month · 3-Month, High Dose: $1350 (for up to 15 mg/week for 12 weeks) - that's like $450/month · 6-Month, High Dose: $2150 (for up to 15 mg/week for 24 weeks) - that's like $358/month". So the $215 is an introductory rate on a rising ladder, and the site never says so on the plan card.
AgelessRxNot published$99/moThe Microdosing Semaglutide page reads "Starting at $99 / mo Monthly, 2-mo, and 4-mo plans Starting price applies to 4-mo plans". A second product, GLP-1s, is priced the same way at "Starting at $139 / mo Monthly, 2-mo, and 4-mo plans Starting price applies to 4-mo plan". AgelessRx publishes no total for either, so the charged-today figure is $99 multiplied by four rather than a number AgelessRx states, and the monthly and two-month rates are not published at all.
BlivNot publishedSame as aboveBliv's pricing block reads "Most Chosen Semaglutide A proven GLP-1 option for steady weight loss. *as low as *as low as $116 per month" with the footnote "* based on plan structure and eligibility". No plan length is attached to that figure anywhere on the site, so we do not treat $116 as a confirmed month-to-month price and the hero above carries no number. The charged-today column repeats the per-month figure because Bliv publishes no total.
Brello HealthNot published$133/moFrom the product page: "3 MONTH PLAN $599.00 Original price was: $599.00. $399.00 Current price is: $399.00. every 3 months Billed $399 Today Then $399 Every 11 Weeks". Same 11-week clock: 4.7 charges of $399 in a 52-week year is $1,886, about $157 a calendar month rather than $133.
RxProsNot published$99.99/moThe only rung on the site that carries a stated term is in the comparison table: "Compound Semaglutide ... Price Starting at $99 99 /mo (Paid Annually)". RxPros does not print an annual total, so the charged-today figure above is $99.99 multiplied by twelve rather than a number RxPros states. The same medication is priced three other ways on the same page — "$ 99 99 A Month*" in the hero, "Semaglutide Now only $149 *" mid-page and "Semaglutide $ 134 99 /month *" lower down — and the asterisk under two of those reads "*First month Introductory Discount for all new patients or save big when paid quarterly." No quarterly figure is published. Quantity is stated as "4 Weekly Injections".
ShedRxNot published$159/moThe product page publishes the ladder as a table: "Plan Per Month 1 Month $199 6 Months $179 Save $120 12 Months $159 Save $480". Both savings badges reconcile against the $199 rung, which is rarer than it should be. Shed labels the shortest option 1 Month; its terms bind every program to two, so we label the rung by what it commits you to. That rung shows $199 charged today because billing renews monthly, and $398 is what you are on the hook for. The 6- and 12-month figures are the full term multiplied out, which is the first of the two settlements Shed's terms allow: "payment of the full multi-month program fee at the time of purchase, or (ii) installment billing in which the multi-month program fee is divided into installments charged at the cadence selected at checkout".

“Month to month” is the medication rung plus any membership the company requires, so it is comparable across the column. “Advertised” is the rung the company marks in its own headline, which for 10 of these 26 is a smaller number than the one beside it. “Not published” means nothing on the company's public pages gave a price for one month with no commitment when we read them — a finding about the pages, not about the company. That applies to 5 of the 26 here.
