Thirty days of compounded semaglutide cost $190 at Nex Gen Health Rx and tirzepatide $239, consultation and shipping included. The $99.00 and $149.00 on the home page are 360-day rates, billed $1,188 and $1,788 at checkout.

What it is
Nex Gen Health Rx is an online prescription service with a long menu: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, metformin, sermorelin, NAD+, hair-loss and sexual-health drugs, birth control and more. After a health questionnaire and a U.S. physician's review, approved prescriptions go out free from a partner pharmacy. A video visit happens only where your state requires one, and identity checks want your ID plus a selfie.
The footer and legal pages pair the brand with Manifest Pharmacy at 1018 S. Batesville Road in Greer, South Carolina, while the contact and privacy pages give a suite on Libbie Avenue in Richmond, Virginia. No corporate name beyond “Nex Gen Health Rx / Manifest Pharmacy” appears. Prescribers are an independent network of physicians and nurse practitioners licensed where their patients live.
It's cash only, though HSA or FSA cards can pay at checkout. The FAQ says it serves “most U.S. states” and checks eligibility against your shipping address during intake; the site doesn't post a list of states. The home page also advertises a GLP-1 pill and a semaglutide and tirzepatide combo, and neither has a product page or a price.
What it actually costs
Advertised$99
Actually$190/mo
Nex Gen Health Rx advertises $99. A month costs $190 because the advertised rate is the 360-day supply.
The gap
They advertise $99 a month. That is the 360-day supply, $1,188 on the card today. With no commitment it is $190 a month.
The month-long supply is the only option without a prepayment: $190 for semaglutide, $239 for tirzepatide. That covers the online consultation, the medication, a kit of syringes and alcohol pads, and free shipping. No membership sits on top.
Longer supplies lower the monthly rate, and each is charged in full at checkout. Semaglutide is $399 for 90 days ($133 a month), $714 for 180 days ($119) and $1,188 for 360 days ($99). Tirzepatide is $589, $1,074 and $1,788 for the same lengths, or $196, $179 and $149 a month.
The home page tiles quote only the 360-day rates, “For as low as $99.00 a month” for semaglutide and $149.00 for tirzepatide. The product pages and the weight-loss catalog lead with the 30-day prices instead.
Both product pages say your price won't change as the dose rises. The semaglutide selector is oddly labeled, though: three of its four supply options read 0.5 mg, and only the 90-day option shows 0.25 mg, the usual first strength.
Medication goes on your card only once a provider has approved it. Refills run automatically on the cadence you picked, and you can pause, adjust or cancel from your account. The product FAQ says unused months on multi-month plans are refundable “per our policy”; the posted return policy doesn't mention prepaid months and calls prescription sales final the moment a charged package goes to the carrier.
Who it's wrong for
Budgeting around the $99 semaglutide tile? It assumes a 360-day supply, $1,188 charged the day you check out.
Skip it if you'd buy a 180- or 360-day supply only with the refund rules in writing. The product FAQ promises unused months back, and the return policy never mentions them.
Want to know which company you're paying? Nex Gen Health Rx names no legal entity and prints addresses in South Carolina and Virginia.
Uneasy about uploading a selfie next to your ID? Both are required before a prescription.
Hoping for the pill or the semaglutide and tirzepatide combo the home page mentions? Neither one has a price.
