What it is

Bionomy Health is a men's health brand that sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide next to testosterone, enclomiphene, sermorelin, NAD+, metformin and low-dose naltrexone. It's pitched squarely at men in their thirties to fifties. The founding physician is Dr. Pranav K. Sharma of Somerset, Kentucky, who lists active licenses in Kentucky and New York.

Bionomy Health, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its registered office in Los Angeles. Prescribing is done by practitioners from Telegra, a telehealth network, whom the terms say are licensed in your state. The intake is free and needs no card; a practitioner reviews it within 24 hours, and you approve the protocol and pay only for what's prescribed.

GLP-1s ship cold-chain from Absolute Pharmacy in Streetsboro, Ohio or Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, Arizona, both described as 503A compounding pharmacies, in about five business days. The states page lists 48 states and excludes Alaska and Hawaii, though a pop-up on the home page still lists all 50.

What it actually costs

Bionomy Health prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$189None listed
Compounded tirzepatide$249None listed

Semaglutide costs $189 a month and tirzepatide $249. The payment page says each price bundles “the medication and the practitioner review,” and the about page says no membership sits on top. Shipping is free.

There's no subscription in the usual sense. You pay when you approve a protocol, then again each time a refill ships, as a 30-, 60- or 90-day supply. Stopping before the next fill ships costs nothing, and there's no cancellation fee.

Extras are optional and priced separately: a GLP-1 Comprehensive Lab panel at $99, a GLP-1 Bundle at $429 a month, and supplement packs from $109 to $139 a month. The GLP-1 pages say every protocol is “paired” with the Muscle Preserve Pack, yet the shop charges $109 a month for that pack on its own.

Refunds are narrow. A pharmacy or shipping error is refunded or reshipped, and lost or damaged parcels are replaced. If you and your practitioner decide to stop within 30 days of approval, Bionomy refunds half of the most recent fill. Changing your mind after a fill ships gets nothing back.

Who it's wrong for

Live in Alaska or Hawaii? Bionomy's states page and shipping policy both exclude you.

Skip it if a clean refund matters. A practitioner-backed stop within 30 days returns only 50% of the latest fill.

Assuming the muscle pack is part of the $189? The shop lists the Muscle Preserve Pack at $109 a month, and no page confirms it's bundled.

Not built for women. Every page, from the hero to the testimonials, is written for men, and nothing on the GLP-1 page addresses anyone else.

Want injectables sent to a PO box? Bionomy ships them only to a street address, and every delivery needs an adult signature.
