Once the medication is prepared, almost nowhere. Of the 12 refund policies quoted below, 4 say sales are final outright and the rest close at dispensing, at 72 hours, or at a fee.

27 of 51. The clauses fall into six shapes, and no company sits in more than one of them here — a policy that says sales are final does not also carry a window, because a window would contradict it.
The refund closes. 3 companies say it in their own words and 4 more never open one at all. bmiMD puts it in capitals: NO REFUNDS FOR PRODUCTS THAT HAVE ALREADY SHIPPED FROM THE FULFILLMENT PHARMACIES
. Zappy Health says it in one line on the product pages: Non refundable after the medication has been processed.
That line is not unreasonable and this piece is not going to pretend it is. A compounded prescription is made for one person and cannot be resold. What it does mean is that the decision point is earlier than most readers assume — it is the moment the order reaches the pharmacy, not the moment the box arrives, and several of these policies say the two are days apart.
Seventy-two hours, at the one company that publishes a clock. Bliv's refund policy allows a full refund within 72 hours of purchase, on the condition that no services have been rendered and the medication has not been sent to the pharmacy. Outside that, it says no refund is issued regardless of service usage or dispensation, except where a provider documents that you can no longer take the medication.
Brello Health runs the tightest clock on the roster and it starts later: 24 hours from the completed provider review, and the refund is your payment minus a $50 professional services fee. Brello also takes payment before the intake — its own page says no intake form is required before you pay — so the sequence is pay, get reviewed, then have 24 hours to change your mind for $50.
One company, on the roster we have read. Cora Health's policy re-bills the doses you have already received at its standard quarterly rate and refunds the balance, and it publishes the consequence rather than leaving you to work it out: refunds are largest in the first part of your plan and may reach zero once you have received the bulk of
your doses. That last clause is the most useful sentence in this whole census, because it is the one thing every other prepay policy leaves unsaid.
AgelessRx asks for 48 hours' notice before the next refill processes and says it cannot guarantee refunds for requests arriving after its pharmacy partner has the order. ShedRx goes further: the portal will not accept a cancellation until two months are served, and early cancellation does not release you from payment obligations.
It decides what a prepay actually costs you if you stop. There are 86 prepay rungs in this roster that can be compared against a month-to-month price, and the break-even month for each is computed on the prepay piece. A break-even month is only meaningful if leaving early gets your money back — and on almost every policy above, it does not.
The largest single charge in the roster is the annual plan, paid annually and delivered monthly at Fridays: $2,880 on the day. Against $359 a month with no commitment, that is 8 months of month-to-month pricing handed over at once, and the refund clause is what decides whether any of it comes back. The multiplication is ours; both figures are the company's.
Two companies' terms, and we say so on their reviews rather than implying we checked. EllieMD and GobyMeds both stopped our walks at an account-creation screen, and we did not read their refund documents afterwards. Their rows below carry that sentence verbatim.
