A month of Amble's compounded GLP-1 with no commitment is $179. The same product page carries two price tables that disagree with each other, and the home page quotes four different figures for it.
Amble sells a compounded once-weekly GLP-1 injection alongside NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and lipotropic injections, plus a line of over-the-counter medicine kits. It says its providers are "licensed in all 50 states" and that it operates in all fifty.
Its product page is well made and its ladder is complete. It's just got two of them.
The gap
They advertise $135 a month. That is the 12-month plan, $1,620 on the card today. With no commitment it is $179 a month.

The fuller of the two tables on the product page reads "Plan Per Month 12 Month $135 6 Month $145 3 Month $160 1 Month $179 Total price represents a one time purchase paid upfront." A second table higher on the same page reads "Plan Per Month 6 Month $135 3 Month $160 1 Month $179" — no twelve-month row, and six months at $135 rather than $145. We ladder the table that publishes the upfront rule and print the other one in the review. Amble states the rule and not the totals, so the charged-today column is the per-month figure multiplied by the term. Amble does not name the molecule on the product page; its own safety information there is written about tirzepatide ("Please discuss with your healthcare provider any questions or concerns you have regarding tirzepatide") and its trademark notice names Mounjaro and Zepbound, so we record the drug as Amble describes it.
One month of the compounded GLP-1 injection is $179. Three months is $160 a month, six is $145 and twelve is $135, and the page states that the total "represents a one time purchase paid upfront" — so twelve months is $1,620 on the card.
Higher on the same page a second table reads "Plan Per Month 6 Month $135 3 Month $160 1 Month $179". It has no twelve-month row, and it prices six months at $135 rather than $145. One of those two six-month figures is wrong, and the page doesn't say which.
The home page then adds two more numbers. A treatments block says "GLP-1 Injections From $179", which matches. A section further down says "GLP-1 Injections Starting at $135 per month", which is the annual rung. And a bullet under "Why choose Amble?" says "Plans starting at $99 per month", which doesn't match anything on any page we read — we searched the home page, the GLP-1 product page, the landing page and the FAQ for a $99 rung and found none.
The banner across every page, "Limited Offer: GLP $150 + NAD $100", does reconcile: a separate landing page sells a combined GLP-1 and NAD+ injection at "$250 1-month supply", which is those two added together.
The badge above the plan table says "Same price, every dose". The disclosure at the foot of that same page limits it: "Any 'same price at every dose' promotion expires within 24 hours of any price updates" and "Pricing may change at any time due to supply or market conditions at the discretion of joinamble.com." Amble also says that "All Products are non-refundable."

Anyone budgeting off "Starting at $135". That's twelve months at $1,620 up front; one month is $179.
Anyone buying six months. The two tables on the product page price it at $135 and $145 a month, a $60 difference across the term, and neither is marked as superseding the other.
Anyone relying on the same-price-at-every-dose badge. Amble's own disclosure says that promise expires within 24 hours of any price update and that pricing may change at its discretion.
Anyone who might need to send something back. Amble states flatly that all products are non-refundable.

The dose-price disclosure, from the foot of https://joinamble.com/glp-1-injections, read 2026-08-31: "Promotional Offers on joinamble.com Occasionally, joinamble.com may present promotional pricing or special introductory offers. These promotions are valid for 24 hours after they are removed from the website. The claim 'same price at every dose' is subject to the following: Pricing may change at any time due to supply or market conditions at the discretion of joinamble.com. State licensure and coverage, from the FAQ, read 2026-08-31: "Who are the providers at Amble? Providers through Amble are physicians. They're licensed in all 50 states, and offer safe, high-quality, evidence-based treatment and care", and "Amble is available in all 50 states". Sourcing, from the same FAQ: "When prescribed, GLP-1 medications are dispensed by state-licensed, U.S. pharmacies. 503A pharmacies are licensed and regulated by state boards of pharmacy, while 503B outsourcing facilities are registered with FDA."
Refunds and role, from the terms at https://joinamble.com/terms-of-service, read 2026-08-31: "All Products are non-refundable." The same terms name the fulfillment platform — "We may provide access to prescription fulfillment services offered by third-party pharmacy network providers. Bask Health, Inc. 555 Madison Avenue, Suite 1202 New York NY 10022" — and state that "Services are not available to users located outside the United States." The product page adds: "Amble acts as a managed services provider and does not offer medical advice, fill prescriptions, or function as a licensed healthcare facility or pharmacy."
What we could not find: across the home page, the product page, the landing page, the FAQ, the safety page and the terms of service, read 2026-08-31 and searched for the names of compounding pharmacies, hours, and phone, no individual pharmacy is named and no support hours appear beside the "Unlimited 24/7 support" claim. Those two rows read accordingly. Amble labels compounded products clearly: "Compounded products are not approved nor evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality by the FDA."
