$169/mo
Month to month, no prepay. Read off their site August 2026.
One month of compounded semaglutide is $169. The $99/m on the pricing page is a three-month starter bundle, and the discount code beside it expired on December 31, 2025.
GobyMeds publishes one of the fuller price lists in this roster — single months, two- and three-month bundles, dose-banded maintenance pricing and two brand drugs, all on one public page with no intake in the way.
Getting past the page is another matter. Every call to action on the site, including "Start Quiz", resolves to a registration form with a password field, and there is no questionnaire before it.
The gap
They advertise $99 a month. That is the 3-month starter bundle, $299 on the card today. With no commitment it is $169 a month.

From https://www.gobymeds.com/pricing, read 2026-08-31: "Compounded Semaglutide 3-month starter bundle $99/m" at the top, and further down "Compounded Semaglutide (GLP-1) Starter Plan - 3-Month Bundle $299 · Perfect for first-time patients beginning their GLP-1 journey. Full 12 weeks of medication, shipping, consultation, and injection kit." ⚠ $99 × 3 is $297 and the stated total is $299, so the bundle is $99.67 a month rounded down to $99 on the badge. The single-month rung reads "Compounded Semaglutide (GLP-1) Single Month $169 · One month at any dosage." Two other bundles are published without a per-month figure and are not carried in the ladder above: a two-month bundle at $299 "at any dosage", and a three-month bundle for patients past the starter dose priced by the highest dose in the plan — "Maintenance plan .2mg to .4mg - $299 · Plans reaching .6 to 1.5 mg - $399 · Plans reaching 1.9 to 2.3 mg - $499". Goby also lists Zepbound® at $1399 / month and Wegovy® at $1695 / month.

| Single month, any dose | $299 | $299 |
| 3-month starter bundle | $133 | $399 |
Same page, same day: "Compounded Tirzepatide 3-month starter bundle $133/m" and "Compounded Tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP) Starter Plan - 3-Month Bundle $399", which does multiply out exactly at $133 × 3. The single month reads "Compounded Tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP) Single Month $299 · One month at any dosage." Past the starter dose the three-month bundle is priced by dose again — "Maintenance plan 1.5mg-3mg - $399 · Plans reaching up to 9mg/week - $499 · Plans reaching 11mg/week or higher - $599" — and those are totals with no per-month figure beside them, so they are quoted here and not converted.
A single month of compounded semaglutide is $169 at any dose, and that's the number to plan around. The $99/m in the headline is the three-month starter bundle, $299 charged at once, for first-time patients only. Tirzepatide is $299 a month single, or $399 for the three-month starter bundle at $133/m.
The bundle badges don't quite multiply. $99 × 3 is $297 against a stated total of $299, so the real rate is $99.67 rounded down. Tirzepatide's $133 × 3 lands exactly on $399, which is the control that shows the semaglutide rounding is a choice rather than a coincidence. Both bundles include, in Goby's words, "12 weeks of medication, shipping, consultation, and injection kit."
Past the starter dose the price moves with the dose. Semaglutide's three-month bundle is $299 up to 0.4mg, $399 to 1.5mg and $499 to 2.3mg; tirzepatide's is $399 to 3mg, $499 to 9mg and $599 above 11mg. That's a dose ladder priced in three-month blocks, and it's published, which is more than most manage.
Now the part we'd want to know before typing a card number. Every discounted price on the page is footnoted "*Jumpstart Promo Pricing This price is available now through December 31st, 2025 with code JUMPSTART20". We read that page on August 31, 2026 — eight months after the date in the footnote — and the promotional figures were still displayed. One of those blocks is also inconsistent on its face: the two-month semaglutide bundle is listed at $299 with a "JUMPSTART PROMO PRICE: $439", a promotional price $140 higher than the one it discounts.
The full breakdown — what is included, what is extra, and what happens at higher doses — is on the GobyMeds cost page.
Anyone budgeting off $99. That's a three-month starter bundle at $299, for first-time patients, and it rounds a $99.67 rate down to a round number.
Anyone who won't create an account with a password to start. Every route into GobyMeds ends at my.gobymeds.com/register, and there's no quiz in front of it.
Anyone relying on the promo prices. The footnote dates them to December 31, 2025, and they were still on the page in August 2026.
Anyone past the starter dose. Semaglutide's three-month bundle climbs from $299 to $499 and tirzepatide's from $399 to $599 as the dose goes up.

These are the checks this site applies to every company — how we review. Not stated means we could not find it on their site, which is a finding about the site, not about the company.
Walked first-hand on 2026-08-31 with a research identity. The walk ended immediately: every call to action on gobymeds.com, "Start Quiz" included, resolves to https://my.gobymeds.com/register, a create-account form with a password field, and no medical questionnaire precedes it. We don't open accounts. Screenshots on file.
The prices in this review were re-read the same day from https://www.gobymeds.com/pricing, which is public and requires no account, so every figure here has a URL behind it rather than a screenshot alone. Verbatim: "GobyMeds Product Pricing · No confusing tiers, no hidden membership fees, and clear next steps before you continue." then "Clear Pricing · Compounded Semaglutide 3-month starter bundle $99/m · Compounded Tirzepatide 3-month starter bundle $133/m · NAD+ 3-month Bundles $116/m".
The bundle detail, verbatim from the same page: "Compounded Semaglutide 3-Month Starter Bundle · For first-time patients beginning their GLP-1 compounded semaglutide journey. Bundle includes 12 weeks of medication, shipping, consultation, and injection kit. Total $299", "Compounded Semaglutide (GLP-1) Single Month $169 · One month at any dosage. JUMPSTART PROMO PRICE: $159*", "Compounded Tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP) Starter Plan - 3-Month Bundle $399 … JUMPSTART PROMO PRICE: $399* ($133/month)*", and "Compounded Tirzepatide (GLP-1/GIP) Single Month $299 · One month at any dosage. JUMPSTART PROMO PRICE: $279*".
The expired promotion, verbatim and printed twice on that page: "*Jumpstart Promo Pricing This price is available now through December 31st, 2025 with code JUMPSTART20". Read 2026-08-31. We are recording the date the page states and the date we read it, and nothing else; we did not test whether the code still works, because that would require a checkout.
The inconsistent block, verbatim: "Compounded Semaglutide (GLP-1) 2-Month Bundle $299 · Ideal for patients at a higher non-starter dose or wanting to titrate up to a higher therapeutic dose. Full 8 weeks of medication, shipping, consultation, and injection kit. 2 month at any dosage. - $299 · JUMPSTART PROMO PRICE: $439* ($146/month)*". The $439 and the $146/month figures are the ones attached to the three-month block directly above it.
What we could not find, and where we looked: across https://www.gobymeds.com/, https://www.gobymeds.com/pricing and the registration wall, all read 2026-08-31, no page states that the prescriber is licensed in the patient's own state, no pharmacy is named, nothing addresses fulfillment outside the United States, and no support hours are published. Those four rows read Not stated on that basis. We did not read Goby's terms or refund policy, and this review makes no claim about either.
