Answer · read August 31, 2026
One company publishes the line items. This is what everyone else says the figure covers.
One company out of 51 publishes a line-item receipt. 9 more list what is inside the figure without pricing any of it, 3 say the medication is not in it, and on the other 37 nothing in the record itemizes anything.
What this piece found
The census, with its denominator
51 companies published on this site. 14 of them publish something specific about what a monthly figure covers, and every one of those sentences is quoted below with the page it came from. On the remaining 37, nothing in the record itemizes or lists inclusions — a statement about what we read on August 31, 2026, not a claim that those companies charge for extras. Separately, 10 companies disclose a provider-visit fee that no monthly figure covers, counted in full on the consultation-fee census.
One does. HealthiCare prints a receipt beside every plan, and the arithmetic holds: The $174.00 monthly plan — Medication $60.00, Clinical consultation $30.00, Prescription preparation $10.00, Shipping and handling $25.00, Telehealth platform $20.00, HealthiCare service $29.00, Monthly recurring charge $174.00.
The first five lines add to $145 and the service fee is exactly 20% of that.
It does the same on the tirzepatide plan and again on the Wegovy tablet plan, and all three reconcile to the cent. That is worth saying loudly because it is the exception: on every other record here, the monthly figure is a single number and the composition of it is somebody else's business.
Adjectives, mostly, and a list of nouns. 9 companies name what is inside the figure and none of them prices any of it, which makes the lists useful for knowing what you will not be billed for separately and useless for comparing two companies' numbers.
Good Life Meds is the fullest: Prescription Medication, Syringes, Alcohol Pads, Expedited Shipping, Doctor Consultation & Visit, Ongoing Doctor Care
. GoodGirlRx lists medication, syringes, alcohol pads, shipping and unlimited messaging under the words all-inclusive. Gimme Care covers medication, physician care, support, shipping and all supplies.
Rixa Health's list is the one to read twice. The heading over its whole price table says the prices below cover everything for four weeks — and fourteen of the twenty-three priced rows beneath it are not priced for four weeks. The inclusion claim is true; the unit it attaches to is not uniform, which is the subject of the billing-unit piece.
3, and they are the ones running a membership rather than selling a plan. Zealthy: Medications are not included in the membership cost.
LifeMD: Medication cost is not included and varies based on insurance coverage or self-pay options.
Form Health's checkout: Patient responsible for cost of labs or medications not covered by insurance.
Ro and Mochi Health run the same shape — a required membership that buys access, with medication billed separately on top of it. This site adds a required membership into the number at the top of every review for exactly that reason, and the advertised-price census counts how often that changes the answer.
A provider visit, most often. 10 of the 51 companies here disclose a visit fee somewhere on their own site, 7 publish what it costs, and 3 disclose it and never say what it is. That is a charge no monthly figure on this roster covers.
Labs are the other one, and only one company publishes a price for them. Green Cap Health lists One-Time Labs Panel $65 — Lipid panel, metabolic panel, A1c, thyroid + TSH, CBC — at your nearest Quest Diagnostics.
Naming it and pricing it is better disclosure than folding it in, and it is the only lab figure on this roster.
On one page, it can. HealthiCare's receipts carry Shipping and handling $25.00
on two of three plans and $10 on the third, and the site states it twice more in prose. Three inches away in the feature strip: Fast and Free Shipping — Prescription received in as little as 3 days, shipped free to your door
.
Both sentences are HealthiCare's and both were read on August 31, 2026. We are printing the contradiction on the same company we just credited for publishing the clearest pricing on the roster, because the receipt is what makes the contradiction visible at all. A company that publishes nothing cannot be caught out by its own numbers.
On 37 of the 51 companies here, nothing in the record itemizes what the monthly figure covers or names a component of it. That is not a finding that those companies hide costs — it is the boundary of what we read on August 31, 2026, printed so you can see the hole rather than mistake it for an answer.
The count also refuses one thing on purpose: it does not treat a marketing bullet as an inclusion list. A badge reading free shipping tells you what will not be billed; it does not tell you what the price contains. Only 1 company on this roster answers the second question.
Every sentence below was read on the company's own domain, or off a screen we reached ourselves, on August 31, 2026, and is quoted verbatim. One company appears twice, on both sides of its own shipping line.

Some companies named here pay us a commission when a reader starts care through a marked link. The one marked link on this page is one of them, picked by rule and disclosed beside it. Nothing above is ordered by who pays — the table is grouped by the kind of disclosure, and every figure is read out of the roster. Who pays us · how we review · every review.
