The first five lines add to $145 and the service fee is exactly 20% of that.

It does the same on the tirzepatide plan and again on the Wegovy tablet plan, and all three reconcile to the cent. It deserves saying loudly because it is the exception: on every other record here, the monthly figure is a single number and the composition of it is somebody else's business.

What does all-inclusive actually list?
