$160 a month for compounded semaglutide with no membership, no consultation fee and no commitment — and the grid on the home page is the whole of it.
Gimme Care is the plainest pricing page in this roster. The home page carries a grid — treatment, billing cycle, per month — and that grid is the entire pricing story. There's no starting-at, no asterisk, no discount clock, and no membership.
It also answers the one question most of this industry dodges. Its terms state that medical services come from providers "LICENSED IN THE STATE WHERE YOU RESIDE", in those words, and its semaglutide page states that it offers compounded GLP-1s "exclusively from U.S. pharmacies". Neither is common.

One price at every dose: nothing on the site ties the price to a dose, and the FAQ says a provider can adjust your dosage without mentioning a change in cost. Gimme states the per-month figures and the billing cadence — "$130 per month with a 3-month plan (billed every 3 months), or $160 per month with a month-to-month plan" — and does not print the three-month total, so the $390 above is $130 multiplied by three.

From the same grid, headed "Billing cycle · Per month": tirzepatide is $199 on one month and $163 on three. The $489 is $163 multiplied by three rather than a total Gimme publishes.
Compounded semaglutide is $160 a month on a month-to-month plan and $130 a month if you buy three months, billed every three months. Compounded tirzepatide is $199 and $163 the same way. The FAQ repeats it in a sentence: "$130 per month with a 3-month plan (billed every 3 months), or $160 per month with a month-to-month plan. Price includes medication, physician care, support, shipping, and all supplies. No hidden fees or membership costs."
We checked that claim against the rest of the site and it holds up. There is no consultation fee, no membership, no shipping charge and no separate lab bill on any page we read. The one thing worth watching is the clock rather than the money: the price grid is headed "Billing cycle", with rows for 1 month and 3 month, while the how-it-works section describes "On-time monthly refills — Shipped every 28 days after a short check-in". Billing on a calendar month and shipping every 28 days are two different rhythms, and nothing on the site reconciles them.
Refunds are narrow, as everywhere in this category: you can cancel an order before it is dispensed or shipped, and once medication has left the pharmacy it is non-refundable. If Gimme's pharmacy network can't fill a treatment plan, the terms provide for a prorated refund.

Anyone who wants FDA-approved brand medication. Gimme sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide and nothing else in this category.
Anyone who needs a named pharmacy. Gimme says its compounded GLP-1s come exclusively from US pharmacies and names none of them, and it says outright that it isn't a pharmacy itself.
Anyone in Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico or West Virginia who wants to skip a live visit. Gimme requires a brief video or audio visit before treatment in those five states.

This record has no headline-versus-real gap, and that is the finding. We read the home page, both treatment pages, the shipping policy, the refund policy and the full terms on 2026-08-31 looking for a starting-at figure, an as-low-as figure, a membership, a consultation fee or a first-month discount, and found none. The only prices on the site are the ones in the grid.
What we could not find: across those six pages, searching for 503A, 503B and the names of pharmacies, no pharmacy is named — the phrasing is "licensed compounding pharmacies" and "U.S. pharmacies", and Gimme states "Gimme Care is not a pharmacy". No support hours and no phone number appear on any of them, though the home page does say "Support is always available if you need it". Those two rows read accordingly.
The 28-day shipping cadence is Gimme's own: step four of how it works reads "On-time monthly refills — Shipped every 28 days after a short check-in", while the price grid is headed "Billing cycle" with 1 month and 3 month rows. We print both because the site does not say which governs what you pay.
Gimme labels compounded products clearly: "Compounded products are not approved nor evaluated for safety, efficacy, or quality by the FDA." The operating entity is Start Gimme LLC.
