Who actually fills your GLP-1 prescription?

Who names the pharmacy, who names only a category, who says the prescriber is licensed in your state, and who publishes hours.

10 of the 51 companies published here tell you. 2 go as far as a street address. 14 state that the prescriber who treats you is licensed in your own state, and 5 publish hours you could hold anybody to.

What this piece found

The census, with its denominator

51 companies published on this site, each read first-hand on August 31, 2026. Pharmacy named: 10. Pharmacy category — 503A or 503B — mentioned anywhere in the record: 28. Prescriber stated to be licensed in the patient's own state: 14. Fulfillment outside the United States addressed at all: 23 state it is domestic and 0 disclose any overseas fulfillment. Support hours published: 5. Each of those counts is derived from the roster at build time, and every blank behind them is discussed below rather than glossed.

How many name the pharmacy that fills the prescription?

10 of 51. Here is every one, with what its own record says.

Every company that names a dispensing or compounding pharmacy
CompanyWhat they name
Care Bare RxBelmar Pharmacy, Scottsdale AZ; Strive Pharmacy, Torrance CA; Epiq Scripts, Clovis CA; Casa Pharma Rx, Stafford TX
Synergy RxBelmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx, named with phone numbers but no states
Breeze MedsBelmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts and Casa Pharma Rx, named without states
Midi HealthPrecision Compounding Pharmacy, named in the terms; the GLP-1 pricing page adds that its partner compounding pharmacies are licensed and 503A-accredited
Cora HealthHallandale Pharmacy (PCAB-accredited, Fort Lauderdale FL) and VialsRx, both named as US-licensed 503A compounding pharmacies
bmiMDPrecision Compounding Pharmacy, 2657 Merrick Road, Bellmore, NY, named in the terms of use
TravaOptimal Balance Pharmacy and VialsRx, both named in the FAQ; Optimal Balance is described as compounding "within a 503A framework"
Lavender Sky HealthSix, named on the pricing page: ReviveRx, Nova/AbsoluteRx, Hallandale, Strive, Empower and Southend, with which molecules each supplies
HealthiCareF&F Pharmacies Inc dba Jungle Jim's Pharmacy, 5484 Dixie Highway, Fairfield, OH 45014, named in the FAQ with the note that it "can dispense medications and maintain a license in 44 US states" and cannot in California, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, Texas, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, West Virginia and Delaware
Zappy HealthThe Pharmacy Hub, named on both compounded product pages as "a licensed 503A pharmacy" that prepares and dispenses the semaglutide and the tirzepatide

Lavender Sky Health publishes the fullest version, on the pricing page rather than in a policy: Monthly Plans are currently available through: ReviveRx (Tirzepatide) Nova/AbsoluteRx (Tirzepatide & Semaglutide) Hallandale (Tirzepatide) Strive (Tirzepatide & Semaglutide) Empower (Tirzepatide) Southend (Semaglutide) Six pharmacies, and which molecule each one supplies. We did not verify any of those pharmacies' own licensure and this page makes no claim about it — the finding is that a reader is told enough to go and look.

Who goes further than a name?

2 of the 10: bmiMD and HealthiCare. A name without an address is most of a disclosure; a name with one is a thing a reader can check against a state board.

HealthiCare goes furthest of anybody here, and it publishes the part companies normally leave out: F&F Pharmacies Inc dba Jungle Jim's Pharmacy is located at 5484 Dixie Highway Fairfield, OH 45014. They can be contacted at (877) 858-3784. They are able to dispense medications and maintain a license in 44 US states. The FAQ then lists the ten states where it says that pharmacy cannot dispense sterile compounds. A reader in one of those states learns something before paying, which is not true anywhere else in this roster.

Does anybody say which kind of pharmacy it is?

28 of the 51 mention 503A or 503B somewhere in their own material, which is a great deal more than name a pharmacy — and a category is not a name. AgelessRx answers the question directly and stops: Which pharmacies are shipping my order? We partner with US-based licensed pharmacies that are 503A compounding pharmacies. No pharmacy follows that sentence.

bmiMD comes closest to a list and then does not print one: We typically use the compounding pharmacies listed below, and the specific pharmacy we use depends on the state where the client is located. Nothing follows it; the next heading is about availability. Its terms do name one pharmacy with a full address elsewhere on the same page, which is why bmiMD is in the named column above.

Two companies say two different things about the category on one site, and both sentences are theirs. Alan Health's FAQ says We only work with FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities that meet the highest standards for sterility, potency, and quality. while its home-page badge reads "U.S. compounded medications from 503a and 503b pharmacies". RxPros puts a harder pair in one passage: We partner only with the top 503A compound pharmacies in the United States. Although our partner pharmacies are FDA approved and only use pharmaceutical-grade and highly regulated, compounded prescriptions are not FDA approved. Asked whether a patient can choose, it answers that it cannot guarantee which pharmacy fills an order.

Do they say the prescriber is licensed in your state?

14 of the 51 state it. This is the most American question this site asks, because it is the one that decides who may lawfully write your prescription, and it is also the one most often answered with something adjacent.

The near-misses are worth naming as a category rather than as individual failures. "Licensed in all 50 states" describes a company or a named executive, not the clinician assigned to you. "Available in all 50 states" is a statement about availability. "A U.S.-licensed provider" is a statement about a country. Each of those appears in this roster, each is recorded in the review that carries it, and none of them is the sentence this row is counting.

The 37 companies whose row is not marked stated are not accused of anything. Several ask which state you live in as the first question of the intake, which is more than several others do — and asking your state is still not the same as saying the prescriber is licensed in it. Where a review says so, it says so in exactly those words.

Can you reach a human, and when?

5 of the 51 publish hours. 13 advertise round-the-clock availability and publish none, and 3 do both at once, on the same site, on the same day.

LifeMD(800) 852-1575, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern, printed in the terms, beside a home-page claim of "24/7 access to urgent and primary care"
Enhance MDPublished as "Hours Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EDT, Sat-Sun: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT", with phone 1-888-299-5088 and support@enhance.md

Zealthy24/7 access to licensed medical providers claimed on the weight-loss page; phone (877) 870-0323 and support@getzealthy.com published, with no hours
Gimme CareSupport described as always available, with an email address and a portal; no hours and no phone number published
Cora HealthA 24/7 Messaging Support badge on every page, help@trycora.io and (631) 488-0789; no staffed hours published
GoodGirlRxA 24/7 support claim on the home page, a help center and a contact form; no hours and no phone number published
bmiMD24/7 clinician access claimed on every plan card and in how-it-works; no hours published
TravaA "Call Us Anytime" link in the navigation of every page, and a home-page promise that "our team responds within 24 hours"; no hours published

The tinted rows are the contradictions, and we print the contradiction rather than the absence because it is the stronger finding. LifeMD's terms say you can get help directly by email or by calling us at (800) 852-1575 M-F 9am-5pm EST while its home page advertises round-the-clock access to urgent and primary care. Both were read on August 31, 2026. Ro and CoreAge Rx carry the same pairing, and we name CoreAge knowing it pays us a commission.

Enhance MD is the one to hold the others against: Hours Mon-Fri: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM EDT, Sat-Sun: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT, published beside a phone number and an email address, with no round-the-clock claim anywhere. Seven days, real hours, and nothing oversold.

What does a blank in one of these rows actually mean?

It means nothing on the pages recorded in that review said it, and this page will not let that stand as a finding on its own. Of the 41 blank pharmacy rows, 34 sit on a review that also lists which pages we read and which words we searched for. The remaining 7Eden, Ro, Mochi Health, CoreAge Rx, Gala Health, Oak, and Direct Meds — were recorded in an earlier pass without that note.

So the honest version of the headline is two numbers rather than one: 10 of 51 name a pharmacy, and of the rest we can show our working on 34. The same split applies to the support rows, where 17 of the 18 blank rows carry that note.

This is not pedantry. Three false "this company does not publish X" claims reached this roster once and were caught by a person reading them rather than by any check, and the rule that came out of it is the one this section exists to obey: an absence claim needs a census attached, and where there is no census there is no claim.

What should you ask before you start?

Four questions, in this order, and every one of them has a right answer somewhere in this roster so none of them is unreasonable to ask.

Which pharmacy will fill this, and where is it? 10 companies here answer that without being asked, and 2 give you an address. Is the clinician licensed in my state? 14 say so plainly. What are your support hours? 5 publish them. And where is the medication prepared? 23 of 51 state that it is domestic; 28 address it neither way, which is a gap in what they publish and not an allegation about where anything comes from.

Then price it properly. What a month costs with every mandatory charge in it is at the top of every review here, the provider-visit fees are their own census, and the calculator shows the arithmetic for any plan in the roster.

What else do people ask about who is behind a GLP-1 prescription?

What we read, and where

How the buckets work: Named, and checkable is a named business; A category and no name is a regulatory category with no business behind it; Two answers on one site is two answers on one site. On support, Hours you can hold them to requires clock times on named days, Round-the-clock, and weekday hours is hours on one page and round-the-clock access on another, and A claim with no clock attached is an availability promise with no clock attached — 4 of those are quoted above out of 13 in the roster.

Nothing on this page says any company is doing anything improper, and no company is ranked, scored or excluded from this site on the basis of these rows. Publishing less than a competitor is a fact about a website. It is not a fact about a medication, a clinician or a pharmacy, and we do not let it become one.

Some companies named here pay us a commission when a reader starts care through a marked link. No link on this page is one, and nothing above is ordered by who pays — the tables are in roster order and every row is read from each company's own record. Who pays us · how we review · every review.
