Compounded semaglutide is $199 every four weeks at REMEVi with no commitment, tirzepatide $269 and the oral tablet $249. The $159 it leads with is the 24-week plan, charged as $954 at once. Dose never changes the price, and there's no membership.

What it is
REMEVi is a Las Vegas GLP-1 telehealth service built around Spanish speakers as much as English ones: the questionnaire, the clinical visit, dosing instructions, the portal and billing all run in either language. The menu is three compounded GLP-1s (weekly semaglutide and tirzepatide shots and a daily dissolving semaglutide tablet), with sermorelin and NAD+ on the side. The GLP-1 program covers 49 states and Washington, DC, but not Louisiana.
Prescribers come from the OpenLoop clinician network and must be licensed where you receive care. If you're approved, one of four named 503A pharmacies (RedRock in Utah, Health Warehouse in Kentucky, Precision Medicine in New York, Triad Rx in Alabama) prepares the order and ships it, with the lot number, pharmacy name and beyond-use date on every vial.
The company is REMEVi LLC, 1635 Village Center Circle in Las Vegas, founded in 2026. Arbitration through JAMS, held in your home state, replaces court.
What it actually costs
Advertised$159
Actually$199/mo
REMEVi advertises $159. A month costs $199 because the advertised rate is the 24-week plan (six 4-week cycles), paid up front.
The gap
They advertise $159 a month. That is the 24-week plan (six 4-week cycles), paid up front, $954 on the card today. With no commitment it is $199 a month.
Semaglutide is $199 every four weeks with no commitment, $169 per four weeks on a 12-week plan ($507 up front) and $159 on a 24-week plan ($954 up front). Tirzepatide runs $269, $233 ($699) and $225 ($1,350). The tablet is $249, $229 ($687) and $215 ($1,290).
Those figures cover the clinician's evaluation and follow-ups, the medication, supplies, shipping and any GLP-1 labs your clinician requires. There's no membership, no dose upcharge and no cancellation fee, and the questionnaire is free with no card needed.
Billing runs on 28-day cycles, not calendar months, and the pricing page says so up front. On the four-week plan you're billed thirteen times in a year.
What you get back depends on the plan. Monthly subscribers get nothing for the cycle they cancel in or any before it; on a 12- or 24-week plan, cycles with no medication shipped are refunded. A full refund applies within 72 hours of signing up if no service has been provided, or when a provider disqualifies you.
REMEVi also runs a 5% Results Guarantee: stay subscribed, complete your check-ins and take the medication as prescribed, and if you haven't lost 5% of your starting weight REMEVi pays back what you spent on medication. The policy doesn't say over what period that's judged.
Who it's wrong for
Living in Louisiana? REMEVi's GLP-1 program isn't offered there.
Is $159 the number you're working from? That's semaglutide on the 24-week plan, billed as $954 at once; without a term it's $199 every four weeks.
Skip it if you want Wegovy, Zepbound or any other brand pen. Every GLP-1 on REMEVi's menu is compounded.
Picking the tablet to avoid needles costs more: $249 per four weeks on the monthly plan against $199 for the semaglutide shot.
On a monthly plan, the cycle you cancel in stays paid, and a request arriving inside 72 hours of billing lets one more charge through.
