ElitePhysiqMD review

GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

A month of compounded semaglutide at ElitePhysiqMD costs $179.10 plus the $89 monthly membership its subscription price requires, $268.10 in all, and tirzepatide comes to $404. The $145 on its home page matches nothing in the shop, and skipping the membership means a $49 exam and $30 shipping on every order.

What it is

ElitePhysiqMD sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide inside a much bigger shop that also carries testosterone, ED pills, hair-loss treatments, supplements and a long list of peptides. The site now runs under the shorter name myEPMD, and the old ElitePhysiqMD address forwards there. Every order runs through a short online assessment and a live video visit with a physician, powered by a telehealth service called Qualiphy, and approved prescriptions ship from U.S. compounding pharmacies the site doesn't name.

The operator is ElitePhysiqMD Group, Inc., at 4100 Galt Ocean Dr. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, though its terms of use pick California law and Los Angeles County courts. It says it runs the platform and coordinates pharmacies but doesn't employ the prescribing physicians. Its medical director, Hridayesh Nat, MD, is described as licensed in 51 U.S. jurisdictions, and the physician network as licensed to prescribe in all 50 states.

The GLP-1 menu is wide: standard and microdosed versions of both molecules, a sublingual semaglutide liquid, compounded liraglutide, a three-month tirzepatide supply, and brand Zepbound or Mounjaro through what the listing calls LillyDirect Pharmacy. It also lists retatrutide, which its own page calls an investigational triple-agonist peptide, at $499 a month.

Medication prices. The required $89/mo membership is billed on top.

ElitePhysiqMD's own pages print two different prices for 2 of its drugs. The month-to-month figure above is the one a new customer pays; both figures, and where each appears, are on the cost page.

Each GLP-1 has two prices. The subscription price is 10% lower and needs the membership, which is $89 a month; the one-time price skips the membership but adds a $49 exam and $30 shipping to every order. For semaglutide that's $179.10 plus $89 as a member, $268.10 a month, or $278 for a single one-time order.

Tirzepatide runs $315 a month on subscription ($404 with the membership) or $350 one-time. The three-month tirzepatide supply is $656.10 per quarter on subscription, $218.70 a month by our math, and its own page cautions that “Ninety days is a long commitment to a medication you have not tried.”

Everything else on the GLP-1 shelf costs more than standard semaglutide. Microdosed semaglutide is $233.10, sublingual semaglutide $238.50, microdosed tirzepatide $260.10 and liraglutide $382.50 a month on subscription. Zepbound or Mounjaro is $1,071 a month for members and $1,190 one-time.

The $145 a month printed on the home page and on the weight-loss page's pricing card doesn't match any product in the shop. Scroll further down that same weight-loss page and semaglutide is listed from $179.10.

The weight-loss page also says the membership is “$39 to activate, then $89/month,” while every product page says only “Membership is $89.00/month.” Membership renews on its own, and the platform terms make purchases non-refundable with no credit for a partly used membership. You aren't charged for the medication if the physician decides treatment isn't appropriate.

Who it's wrong for

Came for the $145? Nothing in the GLP-1 shop costs that. The cheapest listing is semaglutide at $179.10, plus the $89 membership.

Skip it if you'd rather pay once and be done. A one-time semaglutide order is $278 after the $49 exam and $30 shipping, and both fees come back on every order.

Not for you if you expect money back for a membership month you didn't use. The platform terms rule out refunds or credits for a partly used membership.

Want to know who compounds your vial? ElitePhysiqMD only says “state-licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies” and never names one.

On tirzepatide, the monthly bill is $315 plus $89 in dues, $404 in all, and even the three-month supply is $656.10 per quarter before the membership.

  3. The one-time path, from the semaglutide page: “One-time purchase $278.00 this order $199.00 + $49.00 exam + $30.00 shipping”, with “WHAT YOU GIVE UP • $49.00 visit fee — every order • $30.00 shipping — every order • Full price on every item • Re-qualify with each order”. One-time orders include the required visit fee and shipping each time and are not eligible for member benefits.” The weight-loss page: “Simple membership pricing $39 to activate, then $89/month. Your membership covers provider visits and shipping; treatment is priced separately. Cancel anytime.” The FAQ there: “You pay directly — an $89/month membership plus the cost of your treatment”. Each GLP-1 product is tagged “membership-required”.
  5. The $145, from the home page: “Weight Loss & GLP-1 Compounded Semaglutide & Tirzepatide from $145/mo” and “Personalized, physician-prescribed treatments starting at just $145/month.” From /weight-metabolism/: “GLP-1 Weight Loss $145/month Save 10% with subscription Plus $89/month membership — covers provider visits and shipping”. The same page's medication cards read “From $179.10/mo with subscription” for semaglutide and “From $315.00/mo with subscription” for tirzepatide.
  6. Who does what: the terms of use say “The Site is offered by ElitePhysiqMD Group, Inc., located at 4100 Galt Ocean Dr. #1810, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308” and choose California law with Los Angeles County courts; the platform terms require individual arbitration. Each product page: “ElitePhysiq MD facilitates the telehealth platform and pharmacy coordination but does not employ prescribing physicians or make prescribing decisions.” and “Reviewed by our US-licensed physician network, licensed to evaluate and prescribe in all 50 states.” The home page describes the medical director as “holding medical licenses in 51 U.S. jurisdictions”.
  7. Billing and refunds, from the platform terms: “Except as may be required by applicable law, Transactions are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used Membership. If, however, you cancel your Membership, you will continue to have access to your Membership until the end of the Membership.” The assessment page: “You are only charged after checkout; if a provider determines treatment isn't appropriate, you are refunded.” The weight-loss FAQ: “You can pause, adjust, or cancel your plan and your membership anytime from your account.”
  8. Pharmacy and shipping: “All medications are prepared by state-licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies registered with the FDA and located in the United States.” The weight-loss page says orders “typically ship within 24 hours from a licensed pharmacy”, while the home FAQ says “medications typically ship within 2–3 business days” and arrive “within 2–5 business days”.
  9. The site's “Disclaimer” page describes a different business: “The focus of ElitePhysiqMD is to provide customized wellness programs, workshops and education on psychedelic services for introspective purposes.” It also says “ElitePhysiqMD is not a medical provider.”
  10. No FDA enforcement action on record: FDA's warning-letter search on “ElitePhysiqMD”, “myepmd”, “ElitePhysiqMD Group, Inc.”, “ElitePhysiq MD”, “myEPMD”, “Qualiphy”, returns no letter addressed to ElitePhysiqMD, its operator, the named pharmacies or ElitePhysiqMD. Search FDA's warning letters.
