June Health's lowest one-month price is $199 for a single 5 mg vial of compounded tirzepatide, a one-time purchase that doesn't renew. Compounded semaglutide injections start at $279 a month and semaglutide tablets at $187, and each price climbs with the dose.

What it is
June Health LLC is a Wyoming company with a mailing address in Sheridan that runs an online shop for weight-loss, peptide, hormone, hair-loss and ED prescriptions. It says it doesn't practice medicine or dispense drugs. Two independent medical groups, SamaritanMD and BeyondMD, do the prescribing, assigned by the state you live in.
On the GLP-1 side it sells semaglutide and tirzepatide shots compounded with B12 or glycine, plus a semaglutide and pyridoxine tablet and tirzepatide tablets. The weight-loss FAQ says brand-name drugs can be discussed with your provider, but none carries a price on the site.
Prescriptions go to a U.S. 503A compounding or dispensing pharmacy picked by the treating medical group. June Health holds no pharmacy contract of its own and uses no 503B facilities, and packages arrive under the pharmacy's name. Every state is served except Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Vermont.
The cheapest month is tirzepatide at $199, which buys one 5 mg vial as a single purchase. The 10 mg and 15 mg vials cost $249 and $299. That $199 matches the “Medical Weight Loss from $199/mo” banner, though the tirzepatide tile in the shop reads “FROM $409/mo”.
Tirzepatide plans show “First month free · $30 shipping today” and then $747, $1,350 or $2,388 due in 30 days for a three-, six- or twelve-month plan. Whether the free month is one of those months or an extra one isn't spelled out. Split evenly, the plans come to $249, $225 and $199 a month; that math is ours.
Semaglutide injections are priced by dose. At 0.25 mg a week a month is $279, or $657 for three months, $1,014 for six and $1,548 for twelve, each charged once. At 1 mg a week the month is $319. The product page claims eight doses but prices only those two.
Semaglutide and pyridoxine tablets start at $187 a month for the 1 mg strength and climb to $329 at 24 mg; a three-month supply at 4 mg is $584. Tirzepatide tablets run $249 to $349 a month.
Nothing is charged unless a clinician approves you. Product pages promise to refund the first order if you're unhappy within 30 days, but the shipping and returns policy says prescriptions can't come back once shipped and consultation fees aren't refunded after a review.
Who it's wrong for
Budgeting from the $199 banner? That price is one 5 mg tirzepatide vial, and the higher-strength vials are $249 and $299.
Skip it if you're in Massachusetts, Rhode Island or Vermont; June Health doesn't serve them.
Want the pharmacy's name before you pay? The medical group chooses it, and it shows up only on the package.
Headed past 1 mg of semaglutide a week? Only the 0.25 mg and 1 mg rungs carry prices, so higher doses are a blank.
The 30-day guarantee and the returns policy disagree: one promises a first-order refund, the other says shipped prescriptions can't come back.
