Between $20 and $299, on the 37 of 412 companies that publish a figure at all, and 15 of the 62 that disclose a fee do it somewhere no shopper opens: a refund policy, or the terms.

Every company, counted
412 companies published on this site. 62 disclose a provider-visit fee somewhere on their own site: 37 publish what it costs and 25 disclose it without ever pricing it. On the remaining 350, nothing on the pages cited in each review discloses one, which describes those pages and is not a promise that no fee exists. Every figure dates from August 31, 2026.
62 of 412, which is fewer than the industry's reputation suggests and more than any of their pricing pages imply. The split is what matters: a fee you can price is a cost, and a fee you cannot is a risk.
From $20 to $299, and the number that matters is not the fee on its own but the fee against the month of treatment it sits on top of.

The sharpest of those is Midi Health. A month of its cheapest treatment is $164. The visit that writes the prescription is $250: 152% of the medication price, charged on top of the medication price. It is disclosed, it is on a page of its own, and it is not in the figure the company leads with anywhere.
Lavender Sky Health is the one company here that publishes the cadence as well as the fee, which is the only way a reader can work out a year: Required every 6 months on active treatment plans, and every 12 months on maintenance dosing. Refills are available in-between required consultations.
At $65 for a new-patient consult and $40 for a follow-up, a first year on active treatment is two consults, or $105, and that multiplication is ours, done on Lavender Sky's own two figures and its own stated cadence.
3 of the companies below publish the fee where the prices are. 15 of the 62 disclosed fees are somewhere else entirely (a refund policy, or the terms of use), and in three of those cases the page carrying the price says the opposite.
CoreAge Rx is the cleanest example of the pattern, and we say that as a site CoreAge pays a commission to. Its home page reads Start with Semaglutide from $99/mo
. The fee is in the returns and refund policy: Depending on the treatment purchased, the consultation fee may range from $50–$100.
Both were live on the same day. Nothing on the product page says it.
Bliv puts its fee in the same place: Please be advised that a fee of $24.99 applies for consultations with a provider.
It sits inside a refund policy, on a site whose one commercial page is headed Affordable, Transparent Pricing
. Henry Meds keeps its $30 in the terms of service.
It means the company has told you it will charge you and has not told you how much, and this site will not turn that into a zero. Oak, Care Bare Rx, Found, Curex, WeightWatchers, NavioMD, GetReliefRX, Roen Rx, WeightRx, ReadyRx, Bodybuilding Health+, HumeCare+, Lttl, Valhalla Vitality, AHBARx, BiltRx, HealthHub, Lumora MD, Heally, Mondae, Spry, LifeRx, CaliberRx, Luma Health Co, and Nuform Health are the 25 in that position.
Oak's terms of use say patients are charged a membership fee for a Provider consult (either asynchronous or synchronous), and other value added services made available from time to time by Oak.
Its home page says its programs come with no hidden membership fees. Both sentences are Oak's, both were live on August 31, 2026, and neither carries an amount.
Care Bare Rx's terms say If you receive a medical consultation, medical consult fees are not subject to or eligible for a refund.
A fee that cannot be refunded is a fee. It is never priced on any page its review cites.
The calculator lists an unpriced fee separately instead of adding it as zero, because a total that counts an unknown charge as nothing is smaller than the bill.
It can, and it does. Synergy Rx and Breeze Meds run the same intake platform (identical screens, identical ladders, the same four pharmacies), and both charge an $80 telehealth visit fee. Synergy's consent line at checkout reads There is an $80 TeleHealth visit cost regardless of whether I receive medication.
Breeze describes the same $80 as conditional: charged only if a prescription is approved and you then choose not to proceed, and free if you go ahead.
Both are partners of this site, and we are printing the divergence because a reader comparing the two is not comparing two independent options. One fee, two sets of terms, on one platform, on the same day.
No. On 350 of the 412 companies here, nothing on the pages cited in each review discloses a provider-visit fee, as of the dates the reviews carry. A fee can still appear later in the funnel.
The roster keeps three states apart on purpose, and so does this answer: a fee with an amount, a fee disclosed with no amount, and no fee on the cited pages. Collapsing the second into the third would understate what several of these companies charge; collapsing the third into the second would accuse 350 companies of something we have not established.
Add the fee to the first month, not to the average. Every fee in the table above is charged per provider evaluation or per visit, so it lands on the month you start and again whenever the company says a new evaluation is due, and only Lavender Sky Health publishes that cadence.
Then check the other two charges a headline hides: a required membership billed separately and a first month priced below the standing rate. The number at the top of every review here already carries a mandatory membership; the calculator shows the fee as its own line so you can see what it does to a first payment.
