TeleSlim Clinic's pricing page sells a $99-a-month obesity-medicine doctor subscription, and the GLP-1 itself is a separate pharmacy bill it doesn't price. Other pages still show $149 a month for the same subscription, and the first consult is $99 on a limited-time cut from $199.

$99 doctor plan, drug extra

TeleSlim Clinic is a Chicago-based obesity-medicine practice, TeleSlim Clinic PLLC, founded by Dr. Jihad Kudsi with Dr. Diala Alatassi as chief medical officer, both board-certified in obesity medicine. Every visit is online, but the footer lists office suites in Chicago, Naperville, four Texas cities, Phoenix, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Denver and Detroit. It says it serves Illinois, with telemedicine coverage in Texas, Colorado, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Arizona.
It's a doctor's subscription rather than a drug seller. Physicians prescribe from a wide list, brand GLP-1s and Foundayo alongside phentermine, Contrave and others, and send the prescription to your pharmacy or to Rush Pharmacy in Oviedo, Florida, for delivery. TeleSlim checks your insurance first and falls back to cash pay, and it openly steers patients away from compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide.

The pricing page lists four doctor-subscription plans: $99 month to month, $269 for three months ($90 a month), $499 for six ($83) or $899 a year ($75). Each includes a monthly follow-up with the doctor. The first consultation is $99 for a limited time, marked down from $199.
The figures don't agree across the site. The treatment page lists a $149 monthly physician subscription and a $1,499 annual one, and the FAQ says plans start at $149. The pricing page itself, the one the menu links to, is where the $99 appears.
Medication is always extra. The FAQ puts it anywhere from $10 to $900 a month depending on the drug and coverage. A TeleSlim blog post pitches a $349-a-month semaglutide program covering Ozempic or Wegovy access and doctor oversight, but it doesn't say the drug itself is included.
Add-ons run $499 for genetic testing and $149 a month each for weekly dietitian or exercise sessions; the 360° package with both is $399 a month. HSA and FSA cards work, and if insurance denies the drug and you don't buy it, the FAQ says only the first consultation is kept.
Who it's wrong for
Want the drug and the doctor in one monthly figure? TeleSlim charges only for the doctor and leaves the medication to your pharmacy or insurer.
Looking for compounded semaglutide? TeleSlim's own blog argues against it, and it prescribes brand-name drugs only.
If $99 a month is your budget, confirm it before paying: two other TeleSlim pages still say $149.
Outside Illinois, Texas, Colorado, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Arizona? The home page names no other states.
No written refund terms exist beyond the FAQ's insurance-denial promise, so ask before you book.

The prices, from the pricing page (the menu's “PRICING” link): “Initial consult 199$ now 99$ for a limited time!”, “Monthly Plan $99 / Month Flexible, pay as you go. The conflicting figures: the treatment page lists “Initial Consultation – $199 Monthly Physician Subscription – $149 Annual Subscription – $1,499 Optional Genetic Testing – $499”; the FAQ says “The TeleSlim Clinic subscription plans start at $149 per month as an out-of-pocket cost.” and “Please note that the subscription cost does not cover medication expenses, which can range from $10 to $900 per month.”
Add-ons, from the pricing page: “Genetic testing to personalize your weight loss plan – $499 one-time fee.”, “Weekly telemedicine support from our registered dietitian to guide your nutrition journey $149/month or $1499/year.” and the 360° plan “available at a special price of $399 per month or $3,999 annually.”
The $349 post (undated; read at ?bp=49795): “We lower cost friction by offering a $349/month cash‑pay subscription for semaglutide alongside streamlined virtual care and administrative support for insurance conversations.” and “The $349 price reflects medication access combined with ongoing clinical oversight, not medication fulfillment alone.” Not ranked: it never says the medication is in the price, and the pricing page doesn't list it.
Medication, from the pricing page: prescriptions are “sent directly to your pharmacy”, and “The subscription fee is an out-of-pocket expense and will not be billed to insurance.” The FAQ: “After your initial consultation, our physician will send your prescription to your preferred pharmacy.” and “If your insurance denies coverage for any reason and you decide not to cover the medication cost out of pocket, you will only be charged for the initial consultation. Additionally, any subscription fees will be refunded.” The medications page lists “Semaglutide (Wegovy, Ozempic)”, “Tirzepatide (Zepbound, Mounjaro)”, “Wegovy® Pill (oral semaglutide) — Oral GLP-1 Tablet” and “Foundayo® (orforglipron) — Oral GLP-1 Tablet”, with no prices.
