$149–$299/mo
What one month costs with no commitment, across the 14 companies on this roster that publish a figure for it.
Orforglipron dispensed as Foundayo, Eli Lilly's FDA-approved once-daily pill, sold through a telehealth company. It is a small molecule rather than a peptide, and it is not semaglutide or tirzepatide.
The range, with its denominator
17 of the 412 companies we have reviewed sell brand orforglipron. 14 of those 17 publish a price you can pay for a single month: the cheapest is ZipHealth at $149 a month, the dearest is $299, and the middle of the published figures is $233. A molecule needs 3 priced companies before this site gives it a page at all.
| Company | Month to month | Advertised | Same price at every dose? |
|---|---|---|---|
| ZipHealth | $149/mo | Same as above | The starting price, with the $79 fee charged on top. As of September 2026 the Foundayo page also prints a dose table: “0.8mg Starting at $149”, “2.5mg Starting at $199”, “5.5mg Starting at $299”, and “Starting at $299” at 9mg, 14.5mg and 17.2mg. ZipHealth calls every figure an estimate that the pharmacy confirms at fulfillment. |
| Walgreens Weight Management | $149/mo | Same as above | Foundayo is Lilly's once-daily orforglipron pill. A 30-day supply is $149 at 0.8 mg, $199 at 2.5 mg, $299 at 5.5 and 9 mg, and $349 at 14.5 and 17.2 mg; a Lilly purchase offer keeps the top two doses at $299 if every refill comes within 45 days. |
| LillyDirect | $149/mo | $149/mo | Foundayo, Lilly's once-daily pill: $149 a month at 0.8 mg and at 2.5 mg, $199 at 5.5 mg (the 2.5 and 5.5 mg prices are “temporarily reduced through December 31, 2026”), and $299 at 9 mg, 14.5 mg and 17.2 mg, the top two only with a refill within 45 days. A month is 30 days. |
| PreventiveMD | $198/mo | Same as above | Lilly's Foundayo, a once-daily tablet titrated from 0.8 mg up to 17.2 mg. Paid directly to LillyDirect from $149; the $49 membership makes it $198 by our addition. |
| Maximus | $199.99/mo | Same as above | Quoted per month, like every Maximus brand price, as a starting figure with no dose ladder. The card still reads “Starting at $199.99/mo” in September 2026. |
| Mochi Health | $228/mo | Same as above | The brand product only, marked “Pricing via LillyDirect”; Mochi's oral page reads “Starting at $149 for 0.8mg”. Mochi's compounded orforglipron is a different product and is not filed here. The Mochi membership is billed on top. |
| WeightWatchers | $233/mo | Same as above | The Foundayo page's footnote reads “Foundayo self-pay starting at $149/mo for your starting dose and up to $299/mo for higher doses.” and says the medication is “dispensed & purchased through LillyDirect pharmacy”. WW Med+ is billed separately. |
| MedLeanRx | $248/mo | Same as above | Eli Lilly's Foundayo at the 0.8 mg starting dose, plus the $99 membership. |
| PrideRx | $248/mo | Same as above | Eli Lilly's Foundayo at the 0.8 mg starting dose, billed by LillyDirect; all-in $248 with the membership. |
| Ro | $298/mo | Same as above | Foundayo is Eli Lilly's orforglipron pill, billed separately from the membership like every Ro medication. The 2.5 mg and 5.5 mg prices are an offer: "Limited-time offer valid for 2.5 mg and 5.5 mg. Sign up by Dec 31, 2026 to qualify." The $299 at 14.5 mg and 17.2 mg is a manufacturer offer that Ro's Foundayo page says needs each refill check-in within 45 days of the last delivery, or the refill bills at $349. |
| Hims | $298/mo | Same as above | A starting price only; no Foundayo dose ladder is printed. The dagger is the medication-only footnote: the Hims Weight Loss Membership is billed on top. |
| LifeMD | $298/mo | Same as above | Medication only, printed in LifeMD's own Foundayo explainer rather than on a plan card: “For people paying out of pocket, Foundayo is available at $149 to $349 per month depending on dose.” The same article says LifeMD fills it through LillyDirect's pharmacy. The $149 monthly program and provider fee ($39 the first month) is charged on top; the weight-management page lists Foundayo in its medication selector without a price. |
| Hers | $298/mo | Same as above | Hers prints one Foundayo figure, a floor, and no price for any higher strength. Its dagger points to the footnote saying the figure covers the pill alone and the Weight Loss Membership is charged separately. |
| Lovely Meds | $299/mo | Same as above | Lilly's Foundayo tablet, “Starting at $299 /mo” for a one-month supply, with no dose table. |
| Found | Not published | Same as above | Foundayo sits in Found's medication toolkit with no figure, under the same footnote as the other brands: “Cost does not include the subscription fees and clinical care, which vary depending on coverage.” |
| FuturHealth | Not published | Same as above | Not stated |
| ShedRx | Not published | Same as above | The starting cash price for a new patient, medication only, paid to the dispensing pharmacy. Shed prints no dose table and no higher figure. The $125 monthly Shed membership is charged on top: “Starting at $149/month + additional $125/month Shed Membership”. |
“Month to month” is the medication rung plus any membership the company requires, so it is comparable across the column. “Advertised” is the rung the company marks in its own headline, which for 0 of these 17 is a smaller number than the one beside it. “Not published” means nothing on the company's public pages gave a price for one month with no commitment on the date its review carries. That describes the pages, not the company. That applies to 3 of the 17 here.
Every row above links a full review and a cost page carrying that company's whole ladder: each prepay rung, what it charges today, and anything the price does not include. To work a single plan out line by line, the real cost calculator uses the same figures this table does.
