Compounded semaglutide is $175 on Lovely Meds' one-month plan and tirzepatide $235; the $99 and $150 on its banners are 12-month rates. Both daily brand pills, Novo's Wegovy tablet and Lilly's Foundayo, cost $299 for a month's supply; the injectable brand pens carry no published price.

What it is
Lovely Meds is an online clinic run by Lovely Meds, Inc., registered in Clarksville, Maryland. Its GLP-1 menu covers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as B12 injection kits, oral drops, troches and dissolving tablets, a microdosing program, brand Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro and Zepbound pens, the Wegovy pill and Lilly's Foundayo. Testosterone, hair-loss, sexual-health and longevity products fill out the catalog.
Its regulations page says prescribing is done by clinicians affiliated with Wasef Health, P.C., a Pinellas Park, Florida practice led by Dr. Michael Wasef, and that prescriptions go to one of seven named pharmacies in Florida, Texas, Arizona, Nevada and Kentucky. Other pages tell it differently: the terms tie availability to states where Beluga Health Provider Group is authorized, and the telemedicine consent calls The Pharmacy Hub “an independent medical group.”
Nothing is sold on subscription: every purchase stands alone, goes through a clinician cleared to practice where you're located, and ships UPS 2-Day. The semaglutide page says it doesn't operate in Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi or New Mexico.
What it actually costs
Advertised$99
Actually$175/mo
Lovely Meds advertises $99. A month costs $175 because the advertised rate is the 12-month plan.
The gap
They advertise $99 a month. That is the 12-month plan, $1,188 on the card today by our math, since the plan's total isn't printed. With no commitment it is $175 a month.
Compounded semaglutide injections cost $175 for one month, $145 a month on a 3-month plan, $120 on 6 months and $99 on 12. Tirzepatide runs $235, $199, $175 and $150 on the same four plans. Dose never changes the price, and the microdosing program reuses both tables.
The $99 and $150 on the banners are those 12-month rates. The injection pages also advertise “First month just $39” for semaglutide and $90 for tirzepatide, which is the 12-month rate less the $60 NEW60 new-customer discount. Nothing says how a 3-, 6- or 12-month plan is charged, but the terms refund unused multi-packs only after repricing the used ones at the single-pack rate and taking 10% off.
The Wegovy pill and Foundayo are each “Starting at $299 /mo” for a one-month supply. The compounded dissolving tablets start at $209 (semaglutide) and $289 (tirzepatide) a month with no plan table, and Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro and Zepbound injections show no price at all.
There's no membership. The terms say the prescriber review is part of the order and isn't billed separately, and follow-up care is free. Canceling before the prescription reaches the pharmacy still costs a $40 administrative fee.
Who it's wrong for
Counting on $99 a month? That's semaglutide on a 12-month plan. One month on its own is $175, and tirzepatide's is $235.
Quitting a 6- or 12-month plan early? Used packs get repriced at the single-pack rate, then 10% comes off whatever's left to refund.
Skip it if you live in Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi or New Mexico, where it doesn't operate.
Want a price for a brand pen? Lovely Meds lists Wegovy, Ozempic, Mounjaro and Zepbound injections but prices only the two daily pills.
Skip it if the prescribing group's identity matters to you: the regulations page names Wasef Health, P.C., and the terms name Beluga Health Provider Group.

FDA warning letter 716829, issued September 9, 2025, category “Unlawful Sale of Unapproved and Misbranded Drugs to United States Consumers Over the Internet (Telehealth)”. It is addressed to “Lovely Meds, Inc. dba Lovely Meds”, 5909 Perfect Calm Court, Clarksville, MD 21029. FDA records that it “reviewed your website content at the internet address Lovely Meds' home page in August 2025”, the same site the prices here come from, and quotes the claims “Same active ingredient as Wegovy and Ozempic” and “Same active ingredient as Zepbound & Mounjaro”, adding: “Compounded drug products are not FDA-approved.” The finding is about those claims; it makes no finding about the medication itself. FDA's search on the other names screened (“lovelymeds”, “Wasef Health, P.C.”, “Michael Wasef, MD”, “Beluga Health Provider Group”, “The Pharmacy Hub”, “Hallandale Pharmacy”, “Vials RX”, “Greenwich RX”, “Strive Pharmacy”, “Partell Specialty Pharmacy”) returns no other letter. A warning letter discloses; it does not disqualify.
