Where can you get the Wegovy pill or Foundayo online, and how much more do telehealth companies charge than the maker?

24 of the 412 companies reviewed here list the Wegovy pill, Foundayo or both, and 16 print a month you can add up. At the starting dose that month runs $49 to $149 above the makers' own $149, and at 13 of 16 Wegovy pill sellers the drug itself is the maker's price, so the difference is the company's membership or fee.

Which companies sell the Wegovy pill, and what does a month cost?

16 companies here print a price for it, from $198 to $298 a month at 1.5 mg once the required fee is added. The Wegovy pill is Novo Nordisk's semaglutide tablet, FDA-approved on December 22, 2025 per Novo's release, and NovoCare sells it for $149 at 1.5 mg, $199 at 4 mg and $299 at 9 mg and 25 mg. The oral semaglutide page lists every company here that prices a semaglutide pill of any kind.

A month, all in, is the drug at 1.5 mg plus the fee the company requires at its shortest published term. It's our arithmetic except where the row says the company prints the total itself. Mochi’s old $39 introduction is historical; its banner read October 15 advertises $79 off the first month of the one-month plan, subject to separate terms. First-month promotions are left out of the ongoing comparison: $39 at Ro, Hims, Hers and LifeMD, $25 at WeightWatchers. WeightWatchers publishes no month-to-month Med+ plan, so its row uses the 6-month rate.

Which companies sell Foundayo, and what does a month cost?

10 companies here print a Foundayo price, from $199.99 to $298 a month at 0.8 mg all in. Foundayo is Eli Lilly's orforglipron. In Lilly's words, Foundayo is a once-daily small molecule (non-peptide) oral glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist. FDA approved it on April 1, 2026, per Lilly's release. LillyDirect sells it for $149 at 0.8 mg, against a list price of $649. It has its own brand orforglipron page, with every company here that sells it.

Same method as the Wegovy pill table, at Foundayo's 0.8 mg starting dose. Every company pricing Foundayo here also prices the Wegovy pill, so these 10 rows are a subset of the 16 above.

How much above NovoCare and LillyDirect is the all-in price?

Between $49 and $149 a month at the starting dose, and at most companies all of it is the membership. Measured and Zappy say NovoCare bills the drug, Mochi and Ivím say the maker sets its price, and WeightWatchers says Foundayo is dispensed through LillyDirect. At those companies the drug is the maker's price by definition, and the company's fee is the whole difference.

Two shapes break that pattern. Maximus prints no membership and charges more for the drug itself: $249.99 for the Wegovy pill and $199.99 for Foundayo. HealthiCare and GoodGirlRx bundle everything into one figure, $268.68 and $297; HealthiCare's own itemized month puts the drug alone at $153.90, $4.90 above NovoCare, before $114.78 in fees. Does the gap stay the same at higher doses?

Mostly, because most companies charge the maker's ladder and a flat fee. NovoCare steps from $149 to $199 at 4 mg and $299 at 9 mg and 25 mg; LillyDirect holds Foundayo at $149 at 2.5 mg and $199 at 5.5 mg through December 31, 2026, then $299 from 9 mg. The top two Foundayo doses stay at $299 only while refills come within 45 days.

Four companies print a ladder that departs from the maker's:

• ZipHealth prices Foundayo at $199 for 2.5 mg and $299 for 5.5 mg, $50 and $100 above LillyDirect, and the Wegovy pill at $149 for 4 mg, $50 under NovoCare. It calls every figure an estimate: The pricing provided is an estimate only and is not final.
• Measured quotes NovoCare at $149 for both 1.5 mg and 4 mg; NovoCare's own page says $199 at 4 mg.
• GoodGirlRx charges $447 at 9 mg and 25 mg, $148 above NovoCare's $299.
• HealthiCare charges $448.79 at 9 mg and 25 mg, $149.79 above NovoCare.

Which companies list a pill but print no month you can add up?

There are 9, counting LifeMD for Foundayo only. Each lists a pill on its own pages without a month you could total:

That makes 24 companies of 412 that list at least one of the two pills, and 14 that list both. Gala Health and WeightRx put the Wegovy pill on their menus as “coming soon” and aren't counted.

Does anyone bill insurance for the pill?

Rarely through these companies; every price above is cash. Ro's Wegovy pill page says The Wegovy pill is only available as a cash-pay option. Its Foundayo page, by contrast, says Ro checks your insurance to see if GLP-1 coverage is available. LifeMD's footnote adds If using insurance, eligible and qualified patients may pay as low as $0-$25 co-pay for medication.

The makers run their own programs for insured patients. Lilly says If you are eligible and commercially insured with coverage for Foundayo, you could pay as low as $25 a month. NovoCare's offer for the Wegovy pill reads Pay as little as $25, subject to a maximum savings of $100/month. Which companies take insurance at all is covered in does anyone take your insurance?

Why does “tablet” on some sites mean something else?

Because some sites sell compounded semaglutide in tablet or dissolving form, and that isn't the Wegovy pill. The Wegovy pill is Novo Nordisk's own product, approved by FDA. A compounded tablet is made by a pharmacy, and FDA is plain about the difference: compounded drugs are not FDA approved. This means the agency does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness or quality before they are marketed.

You'll see both on the same page sometimes. Mochi lists Compounded Semaglutide Pill As low as $62 beside its brand Wegovy pill card. The MEDVi card just before its Wegovy pill reads Starting at $249 GLP-1 Tablets One dissolvable tablet per day. MEDGm's tablet sits on a page titled for compounded semaglutide tablets and costs First month $249, then $369/mo, which is not a price for the Wegovy pill at all.

FDA lists one of its telehealth red flags as a company that makes claims such as the compounded drug is the same as an FDA-approved drug. If a pill's page doesn't name a brand (Wegovy, Rybelsus or Foundayo) and its maker, read it as compounded until it says otherwise. What else do people ask about the GLP-1 pills online?

• How much is the Wegovy pill through Ro?$149 a month at 1.5 mg, the same as NovoCare, plus the Ro Body membership, which is $149 a month on the monthly plan after a $39 first month. A regular month comes to $298 on our arithmetic. Ro's longer membership plans cost less per month and are paid upfront.
• Where is Foundayo cheapest online?At LillyDirect, Lilly's own pharmacy: $149 a month at 0.8 mg with no membership, though you still need a prescription from somewhere. Among the 10 companies here that price it, Maximus is lowest at $199.99 a month (the company's own figure), and the most is $298.
• Is the Wegovy pill cheaper through a telehealth company than from NovoCare?No company here beats NovoCare's $149 once the required fee is added. The closest is Measured at $198 a month, $49 more. What the company adds is the prescriber and follow-up; NovoCare still needs a prescription.
• Is Foundayo the same as the Wegovy pill?No. The Wegovy pill is semaglutide, made by Novo Nordisk. Foundayo is orforglipron, made by Eli Lilly, and Lilly describes it as a small molecule rather than a peptide. Both are FDA-approved pills, priced separately by each maker.
• Is a compounded semaglutide tablet the Wegovy pill?No. A compounded tablet is prepared by a pharmacy, and FDA says compounded drugs are not FDA approved. The Wegovy pill is Novo Nordisk's own approved product. A page that sells a compounded tablet should say so, and the price of one says nothing about the price of the other.
