Measured

$79/mo

Month to month, no prepay. Read off their site August 2026.

Every card says "From $49/mo". On the brand plans that fee buys none of the medication, and only the home page tells you the drug costs another $149 to $449.

What it is

Measured is a metabolic-health program that sells access to obesity-trained clinicians and dietitians and then routes you to whichever GLP-1 fits your insurance, your budget or neither. Thirteen plans, brand and compounded side by side.

The care is the product it prices. The medication is sometimes in that price and sometimes isn't, and which is which is the thing to get right before comparing Measured with anyone.

What it actually costs

GLP-1 Microdose, medication included · advertised$79$79

"GLP-1 Microdose — Weekly lower-dose semaglutide or tirzepatide — No insurance required — Medication included — From $79/mo." Measured does not say which molecule you get, so neither do we. This is the cheapest plan on the site whose price includes a drug.

Compounded semaglutide

Compounded Semaglutide, medication included$119$119

"Compounded Semaglutide — Clinician-guided, personalized GLP-1 care — No insurance required — Medication included — From $119/mo." Every figure Measured publishes is a floor: the word is "From" on all thirteen cards, and no upper bound is printed for any compounded plan.

Brand semaglutide

We did not find a price for this on Measured's own pages when we read them in August 2026.

Measured prices the brand plans at "From $49/mo" with "Medication paid separately", and publishes the medication figure on one page only. The home page adds "Medication covered by insurance or cash pay ($199–$349/mo)" to the Wegovy card; the medications page and the how-it-works page print the same card with the $49 and no range at all. Ozempic carries "Insurance required" and no medication figure on any page we read. Because $49 plus a range is not one number, this row stays empty and the range is quoted rather than summed.

Brand tirzepatide

We did not find a price for this on Measured's own pages when we read them in August 2026.

Zepbound: "From $49/mo" on the medications and how-it-works pages, and on the home page "Membership from $49/mo" plus "Medication covered by insurance or cash pay ($299–$449/mo)". Mounjaro is listed "Insurance required" with no medication figure anywhere we read.

Oral semaglutide

We did not find a price for this on Measured's own pages when we read them in August 2026.

The Wegovy pill: "Membership from $49/mo" with "Medication priced separately ($149–$299/mo)" on the home page, and "From $49/mo — Medication paid separately" with no range on the other two pages.

"Starting at $49/mo. Cancel anytime." That is what the site closes with, and it is true of a plan that includes no medication. Five of Measured's thirteen cards — Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro and the Wegovy pill — are priced "From $49/mo" with "Medication paid separately" beneath. The $49 buys the clinician, the dietitian, the app and the insurance work.

What the drug costs on top of that is published in exactly one place. The home page adds a parenthesis to three of those five cards: "$149–$299/mo" for the Wegovy pill, "$199–$349/mo" for Wegovy, "$299–$449/mo" for Zepbound. Open the medications page or the how-it-works page and the identical cards appear with the $49 and no range at all. Ozempic and Mounjaro carry no medication figure on any of the three. So the same Zepbound plan reads "$49/mo" on two pages and "$49 plus $299 to $449" on a third.

The plans that do include medication are the ones worth quoting, and they are honest about it. The microdose plan is $79 a month with the drug in the price, compounded semaglutide is $119 and compounded tirzepatide is $219, all three marked "Medication included" and "No insurance required". That $79 is the real entry price here.

One caveat that applies to all of them: every figure on the site is a floor. Thirteen cards, thirteen uses of the word "From", and no upper bound published for any compounded plan. Measured never says what the top of the $119 range is.

The full breakdown — what is included, what is extra, and what happens at higher doses — is on the Measured cost page.

Who it's wrong for

Anyone who found Measured through the $49 and wants a brand GLP-1. The medication is a separate bill, and on Measured's own home page it runs to $449 a month.

Anyone comparing plan pages. The medications page and the how-it-works page print the brand cards without the medication ranges the home page shows.

Anyone who needs a ceiling. Every price on the site is a "From", including the compounded ones.

Anyone shopping Ozempic or Mounjaro here. Both are marked "Insurance required" and neither carries a medication price on any page we read.

The ranges that appear on the home page and nowhere else, verbatim from https://trymeasured.com/ on 2026-08-31: "Needle-Free Wegovy® Pill ... Membership from $49/mo ... Medication priced separately ($149–$299/mo)"; "Dual-Action Formula Zepbound® ... Membership from $49/mo ... Medication covered by insurance or cash pay ($299–$449/mo)"; "GLP-1 Medication Wegovy® ... Membership from $49/mo ... Medication covered by insurance or cash pay ($199–$349/mo)". The same three products on https://trymeasured.com/medications carry "From $49/mo" and "Medication paid separately" with no figure.

The closing offer on both https://trymeasured.com/medications and https://trymeasured.com/how-it-works, read the same day: "Your plan, built just for you. Starting at $49/mo. Cancel anytime."

The census behind the "From" point: we counted every priced card on https://trymeasured.com/medications on 2026-08-31. Thirteen cards, thirteen prices, and every one is prefixed "From". No card publishes an upper figure, and the only upper figures anywhere on the site are the three medication ranges on the home page.

The operating entity, from the footer read 2026-08-31: "measured 2026 © Better Health Labs, Inc.", with "Measured Health affiliated medical practices are independently owned and operated by licensed physicians".

What we could not find, and where we looked: we read https://trymeasured.com/, https://trymeasured.com/medications and https://trymeasured.com/how-it-works in full on 2026-08-31, searching each for licensed in your state, 503A, 503B, overseas, international and hours. None states that the prescriber is licensed in the patient's own state — the nearest is "Prescriptions are filled by independent, state-licensed pharmacies", which is a statement about the pharmacy — none names a pharmacy, none addresses fulfillment outside the United States, and none publishes support hours. Those four rows read Not stated on that basis.
