$139/mo
Month to month, no prepay. Read off their site August 2026.
$60 medication at the starting dose plus a $79 membership, and the price climbs with every dose increase.
Mochi has the cheapest starting dose on this page and is one of the few companies here that will work your insurance, including prior authorizations and letters of medical necessity.
It is also the one whose price moves most. Every dose step costs more, and the published ladder runs from $60 to $189 on semaglutide alone.
The gap
They advertise $60 a month. That is the medication only. A membership is required on top, so a month actually costs $139.
| Plan | Per month | Charged today |
|---|---|---|
| Medication, starting dose · advertised | $60 | $60 |
Priced per dose, and published: 0.22 mg $60, 0.44 mg $70, 0.88 mg $82, 1.5 mg $92, 2.21 mg $96, 2.67 mg $99, 4.5 mg $151, 6.48 mg $189. The FAQ still describes a flat $99 for the 0.22 to 2.67 mg range, which the ladder above contradicts.

Also per dose: 2.2 mg $90, 4.4 mg $119, 6.6 mg $144, 8.8 mg $174, 11.24 mg $184, 13.2 mg $194, 16.6 mg $199.

The $60 headline is the 0.22 mg starting dose. Semaglutide climbs to $92 at 1.5 mg, $99 at 2.67 mg and $189 at 6.48 mg. Tirzepatide runs $90 at 2.2 mg to $199 at 16.6 mg.
The membership is separate: $39 for the first month, then $79 a month, or $799 prepaid for a year. So month one is about $99, a starting-dose month is $139, and a maintenance month in the middle of the ladder is closer to $175.
Shipping is included in the medication price, which several competitors charge for. The FAQ still quotes flat $99 and $199 figures that the per-dose ladder contradicts.
The full breakdown — what is included, what is extra, and what happens at higher doses — is on the Mochi Health cost page.
Anyone budgeting off the $60. It is the lowest rung of an eight-step ladder and almost nobody stays there.
Anyone who needs to know their maintenance cost up front, because it depends on where your dose lands.
Anyone who wants written cancellation terms first. The terms and refund pages both return 404 right now.

These are the checks this site applies to every company — how we review. Not stated means we could not find it on their site, which is a finding about the site, not about the company.
Read August 2026: the per-dose ladder is published on Mochi's pricing page while the FAQ on the same domain describes flat $99 and $199 pricing for the same dose ranges. We price from the ladder.
