Immortals sells its GLP-1s by the quarter, never by the month: every product is billed quarterly, three months paid up front. Compounded tirzepatide starts at $180 a month and compounded semaglutide at $196, while brand Zepbound starts at $600 and Wegovy at $1,550.
One month, no commitment
Not sold
The shortest plan this company sells is 3 months, so a single month is not on offer at any price. Each GLP-1 product page (compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, Wegovy, Zepbound KwikPen, Foundayo) carries one price with the footnote “*Billed quarterly with a three-month commitment paid up front.” No monthly option appears on any of them, read at Immortals' weight loss prescriptions page and each product page.

What it is
Immortals is Bryan Johnson's longevity brand, run by Continuance LLC, the company behind his Blueprint supplements. Its Immortals Medicine arm prescribes online: GLP-1s sit beside metformin, acarbose, tadalafil, peptides and skin and hair treatments, framed as tools for longevity as much as weight loss.
The weight shelf pairs compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide (each blended with glycine and B12, at a personalized dose or a microdose) with brand-name Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo. A U.S.-licensed, board-certified physician reviews the intake, and the site states its physicians are licensed in your state. Some states require a video or audio visit first.
Carl Seger, M.D., is the physician the site features. Immortals doesn't name its pharmacies or the medical group its doctors practice under.
Compounded tirzepatide starts at $180 a month and compounded semaglutide at $196. Brand Zepbound starts at $600 and Wegovy at $1,550; Foundayo, an orforglipron tablet, starts at $750. Each one is “billed quarterly with a three-month commitment paid up front,” so the smallest real charge is three months: $540 for tirzepatide, $588 for semaglutide.
Those are floors. Every price reads “From,” and the FAQ says pricing varies by medication and dose, without a published table. Expect the quarter to cost more as your dose climbs.
You won't pay a membership, and the subscription includes unlimited messaging with your doctor for up to 12 months. You aren't charged until a physician approves you.
After that the money is committed. The refund policy is two sentences long: no refunds or returns for Immortals Medicine, all sales final. Plans auto-renew, and you've got to cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next quarter.
Who it's wrong for
Hoping to try tirzepatide for a month? Immortals only sells quarters, so the entry fee is $540 or more, charged at once.
Skip it if you'd like your dose's price before committing. Every GLP-1 is listed “From,” and higher doses cost an unstated amount more.
Need an exit with money back? Immortals Medicine sales are final, and canceling only stops the next quarter.
Curious who compounds the semaglutide? You won't learn it before buying; the site says only “licensed US pharmacies.”
If brand Wegovy is the goal, price it carefully: $1,550 a month, a quarter at a time, is roughly eight times the compounded semaglutide floor here.
