Pause Rx sells telehealth weight care for cash, with flat monthly prices on compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus consultation-only plans for brand Wegovy, Zepbound and Foundayo. Hormones, testosterone, sermorelin and NAD+ fill out the rest of the catalog. The copyright line reads PauseRX, Inc., and a footer credit says the site is built and operated by Kickstart Social.
It calls itself a patient management platform and doesn't treat anyone itself. Prescribers come from Beluga Health, a physician-led virtual care network named in the FAQ, which also says providers are licensed in the states where patients live. Rush Pharmacy fills the compounded orders, and returns go to an Oviedo, Florida address shared with it.
The FAQ promises nationwide service and the microdose page says “Available in all 50 states.” Insurance isn't accepted, and some states require a live video or chat visit before a prescription.

Semaglutide (the GLP page adds B12) is $199 a month at every dose, and tirzepatide is $249. The physician consult, the medication and shipping sit inside those numbers. Nothing is sold on a quarterly or half-year term, so no discount hides behind a commitment.
The tirzepatide card is headed “Starting at $249” while the line beneath it says “All doses just $249/month.” No higher tirzepatide price turns up anywhere on the site.
Brand-name care is priced another way. Wegovy (pen or pill), Zepbound and Foundayo each start with a $149 monthly fee that pays for the consultation and follow-ups only; the drug is charged after approval and shipped through NovoCare, at a price the site never states. The branded page also shows a $49 application and screening line marked “Complementary”.
Refills aren't automatic, according to the FAQ: you're billed when medication ships, and “You will not be charged monthly unless you process your payment.” Other pages still describe canceling or pausing a subscription in the portal, with no cancellation fees.
After payment clears and the carrier has the box, nothing can be returned. The FAQ goes further, saying orders start processing right away and can't be changed or canceled once placed. An exit pop-up offers the code PAUSE50 for savings on a first month, without naming the amount.
Who it's wrong for
Shopping brand Zepbound or Wegovy on price? The $149 monthly consultation comes before the drug, and the drug's cost isn't on the site.
Skip it if you might want to undo a compounded order; the FAQ says processing starts immediately and orders can't be changed or canceled.
Hoping to trade a longer commitment for a lower rate? No term plans exist here, so $199 and $249 are the rates apart from a first-month code.
Not for you if unrefrigerated delivery bothers you: the returns page says “we currently do not ship refrigerated products”.
