What it is
BloomWell Rx is a Grand Rapids, Michigan, telehealth storefront that calls itself “a patient management platform.” Independent physician networks, Beluga Health among them, do the prescribing, and DiRx Health in Fort Lauderdale fills compounded orders. A marketing agency, Kickstart Social, is credited with building and operating the site.
It sells two compounded GLP-1s it calls Personalized GLP-1 (semaglutide) and Personalized GLP-1/GIP (tirzepatide), a brand-name track for Zepbound, Wegovy, the Wegovy pill and Foundayo, plus estradiol, progesterone, NAD+ and ED medication. After an online quiz, a provider responds within 24 hours; certain states add a live video or chat step.
It says it serves the whole country, takes no insurance, and asks for a photo ID and a selfie before treatment. Refills aren't automatic. You get a renewal notice each month and pay only if you continue.

Medication prices. Brand semaglutide, brand tirzepatide and oral semaglutide also need the $149/mo membership, billed on top.
Compounded semaglutide opens at $199 for one month, or $149 a month when you pick three. Tirzepatide is $249 month to month and $183 a month on three months. Those “Starts at” figures are all BloomWell prints, so higher-dose prices are unknown, and nothing says whether a three-month plan bills once or in monthly pieces.
Compounded visits are free. The brand-name track isn't: each brand page bills $149 a month just for provider visits and follow-ups, and the medication itself is billed separately through LillyDirect or NovoCare at a price BloomWell leaves out. That includes Foundayo, the orforglipron pill.
Medication is charged when it ships. Because each month's refill needs your go-ahead, nothing is debited on its own. Once you place an order, though, it's locked, and medication can't come back.
Who it's wrong for
Shopping for Zepbound or Wegovy? The $149 a month buys the visits only, and the pen is billed on top at a price BloomWell doesn't print.
Skip it if you want dose-by-dose prices. The compounded pages give only a starting figure for each plan length.
Prone to rethinking purchases? Processing starts the moment you order, and BloomWell won't cancel after that.
Is the three-month plan charged in one go? BloomWell never says, which makes its $149 figure hard to plan around.
