What it is
Andrew Meds, a Houston company, sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide shots for cash, plus a GHK-Cu cream, a CJC-1295 and ipamorelin peptide and an oral sexual-health product. After a five-minute intake, a Dr Tel X prescriber licensed for your state reviews your answers, and a compounding pharmacy mails the vials in an unbranded box.
Andrew Meds LLC owns the website and disclaims being a medical provider in its terms. Prescribing is done by Dr Tel X, which the footer calls “an independent professional medical practice” in Kennewick, Washington. The pharmacy isn't named in public, and the terms allow prescriptions to be moved between its contracted pharmacies without notice.
It treats patients in all 50 states and DC. In 44 states the online questionnaire is enough; DC, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Rhode Island and West Virginia require a live consultation first. A compounded oral tirzepatide is promoted as “New” on both drug pages, with no price or plan attached.
Semaglutide runs $199 month to month, $549 for three months ($183 a month), $999 for six (about $167) or $1,788 for twelve ($149). Tirzepatide is $299 monthly, $797 for three months (about $266), $1,494 for six ($249) and $2,748 for twelve ($229). Shipping is free, and the terms say the single subscription price already includes what the medical group charges for the provider.
Longer plans are one charge at the start of each cycle, so the $149 semaglutide rate means paying $1,788 on day one. Each plan rolls over for an equal stretch if you don't cancel by two days before Andrew Meds processes the renewal, and that first renewal may hit your card early so doses don't lapse.
You're charged for medication only if a provider prescribes it. Once you're on a plan, money for unused weeks stays with Andrew Meds unless it decides otherwise: the terms reserve refunds to the company's “sole and absolute discretion,” and the FAQ says requests are handled case by case.
It's cash only. Andrew Meds and its medical group don't bill insurance, Medicare or Medicaid, and the terms say no claim will be filed for you.
Who it's wrong for
Eyeing the $149 semaglutide rate? That's the 12-month plan, $1,788 in a single charge, and it rolls into another year if you miss the two-day cancellation window.
Skip Andrew Meds if knowing the pharmacy matters to you. It names none, and your prescription can move between its contracted pharmacies without notice.
Hoping for the oral tirzepatide? It's badged “New” on the injection pages, but no price, plan or product page for it exists yet.
Quitting halfway through a six-month tirzepatide plan costs you: the $1,494 stays paid unless the company elects to return part of it.
Live in Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi or New Mexico and want to skip the video call? Those states, with DC, Rhode Island and West Virginia, need a live consultation.
