Vita Bella review

GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

Vita Bella publishes no single month you can buy on its own. Compounded semaglutide starts at $109 a month and tirzepatide at $159, but only with a $129 monthly membership ($179 in California) that has a three-month minimum, plus a one-time $99 consult. A first month of semaglutide therefore starts at $337 before shipping.

One month, no commitment

Not sold

The shortest plan this company sells is 3 months, so a single month is not on offer at any price. Medication is sold only to members, and the membership has a floor. The membership page FAQ: “There is a three month minimum commitment. After that, you can cancel anytime.” The terms (V1.8, updated 07.20.2026): “The initial commitment consists of 3 consecutive membership payments regardless of treatment utilization.”

The short version

In its favor

  • Clean FDA warning-letter record
  • Prescribers licensed in your state

Against it

  • No single month is sold; the shortest plan is 3 months
  • A $99 consultation fee
  • No pharmacy named
  • No support hours published

What it is

Vita Bella is a Scottsdale, Arizona telehealth membership run by Vita Bella Health, LLC and its founder, Phil Vella, built mostly around hormones and peptides. Weight loss is one track among many: B-6-blended compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide sit beside testosterone, NAD+, hair, skin and sexual-health treatments.

Everything runs through the membership. You sign up, get labs if your provider wants them, and see a provider over video for a 45-minute first consult; medication is then sold at member prices and ships from partner compounding pharmacies in 48 to 72 hours on average. The terms describe Vita Bella as a management organization that doesn't own the medical practices or employ the clinicians who treat you.

It lists 48 service areas, Washington, D.C. among them; Alabama, Arkansas and Kansas are missing from the list. Its FAQ says every provider holds a license in your home state, and a visit can't happen while you're outside that state.

What it actually costs

Vita Bella prices by drug

Compounded semaglutideNot sold alone$109 /mo, 3 months
Compounded tirzepatideNot sold alone$159 /mo, 3 months

Medication prices. The required $129/mo membership is billed on top.

Semaglutide starts at $109 a month and tirzepatide at $159, both at the starting dose. Neither can be bought alone. The membership is $129 a month, or $179 in California, and a one-time $99 consult comes due at sign-up.

Because the membership has a three-month minimum, the smallest commitment is three payments of $129 plus the consult, $486, before any medication. A first month of semaglutide comes to $337 and tirzepatide to $387 by our addition. After month three the membership rolls to month to month.

Higher doses aren't priced anywhere on the site. The terms tie every listed figure to the standard or starting dose, and shipping is charged on each medication order unless it tops $500 in product.

The figures don't all agree. The weight-loss tile on the membership page reads “starting at $149 /mo”, forty dollars above the $109 on the semaglutide page.

Nothing comes back. The terms set a strict no-refund policy on fees, pharmacies won't take medication back, and missing an appointment without 24 hours' notice costs $50.

Who it's wrong for

Trying one month first? You can't here. The membership locks in three payments of $129 before you're allowed to cancel.

Budgeting from the $109 semaglutide price? Add the $129 membership and the $99 consult, and the opening month is $337.

Skip it if you're in California and comparing on price; the membership there is $179 a month.

Alabama, Arkansas and Kansas are off Vita Bella's service list, so residents there can't join.

Hoping for your money back if the plan doesn't suit you? The terms rule out refunds entirely, and medication can't be returned.
