What it is
Omnia TeleHealth is a small nurse-practitioner telehealth practice run from Spanish Fort, Alabama, by its founder, Blair Carmichael-Lober, DNP, CRNP, with a second nurse practitioner, Stephanie DeAnda, CRNP. Its menu runs past 70 conditions, from colds and UTIs to acne and birth control, with GLP-1 care as just one line.
For weight loss, a nurse practitioner evaluates you on a video visit and can prescribe semaglutide or tirzepatide. Compounded versions go to Belmar Pharma Solutions in Odessa, Florida; anything else goes to the pharmacy you choose. Omnia says it serves 17 states but doesn't list them on any page, so you're asked to call before booking.
The one weight-loss figure on the site is the visit. It's $69 for a weight-loss consultation, against $39 for most other visits, paid in cash because Omnia takes no insurance.
The medication isn't priced. Asked what compounded semaglutide costs, Omnia's FAQ says it's far below brand-name prices that “can exceed $1,000/month” and then tells you to contact the practice. Tirzepatide goes unpriced entirely. No membership or subscription is described either.
Omnia's own pages carry no refund, cancellation or billing terms. The only policy page is a privacy policy dated April 15, 2026.
Who it's wrong for
Want a monthly drug price before you book? Omnia only gives one by phone; the site stops at the $69 visit.
Is your state one of the 17? Omnia won't say online; you'll have to call (251) 220-8875.
Omnia posts no refund policy at all, for the visit or the drug, so shoppers who want terms in writing won't find them.
Prefer a doctor? Both clinicians named on the site are nurse practitioners, and the founder reviews the medical content herself.

The prices, from the weight-loss page: “Your consultation visit is $69 — a flat rate with no insurance required.” and, in its FAQ, “Compounded semaglutide through our partner pharmacy (Belmar Pharma Solutions) is available at significantly lower prices than brand-name versions, which can exceed $1,000/month. Contact us for current pricing.” The home FAQ: “We don't accept insurance — and that's intentional. By keeping things simple with flat-rate pricing, we're able to offer visits at roughly the cost of a typical copay: $39 for most visits, and $69 for weight loss consultations.” The home page banner reads “No insurance — visits from $39”.
What is prescribed, from the weight-loss page: “GLP-1 medication prescriptions (semaglutide and tirzepatide)” and “Coordination with our partner pharmacy for compounded medications”; its FAQ: “Prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy or to our partner pharmacy for compounded versions.” A blog comparison quotes market prices (“starts around $178/month”) for telehealth programs in general, not Omnia's own.
