What it is
ShapeIn Rx is a telehealth brand of WellHealth LLC, an Arizona company whose terms give an Oro Valley address while the site footer gives one in Phoenix. It prescribes compounded semaglutide and compounded liraglutide, both mixed with vitamin B12, and sells sildenafil and tadalafil as well.
After an online assessment you get a one-on-one virtual consultation, and the prescription ships overnight or by two-day delivery. The FAQ names two partner pharmacies, Belmar Pharma Solutions in Arizona and Compounding Pharmacy of America in Tennessee, and posts a state-by-state license table for prescribers including Feras Hamdan, MD. A free session with a dietitian comes with the program.
Pages for Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound exist but say “Coming Soon,” and the FAQ still explains tirzepatide even though there's no tirzepatide plan for sale.
Semaglutide comes in two tiers: $179 for doses up to 1 mg and $299 up to 2.5 mg. Liraglutide starts at $149 a month. Each card's price includes the vial, syringes, wipes, a cooling pack and a diet plan, and there's no membership.
Two fees go on top. The first appointment costs $45, once, and shipping is $29, which the About page calls a flat fee. By our arithmetic, a first order at the lower semaglutide tier comes to $253.
The commitment is where the site contradicts itself. Each product card says “No Contracts or membership, you can cancel anytime,” and the About page describes a month-to-month plan. The FAQ says “A two-month commitment is required for all ShapeInRx weight loss programs,” and the terms say subscriptions carry “a minimum three-month commitment before cancellation.”
The FAQ also quotes its own price: a subscription that “starts at $199 per month,” shipping included, which lines up with the struck-through $199 in the home banner rather than any product card.
Who it's wrong for
Counting on cancel-anytime? The terms require three months, plus notice at least 14 days before a billing date, whatever the product cards say.
Skip it if a refund matters to you. The terms rule them out: “We do not offer refunds for Services purchased on the Site.”
Want tirzepatide or a brand-name pen? You won't find either on sale; the brand pages still say coming soon.
Budget the $45 appointment and $29 shipping on top of the card price for the first order, and the shipping again on each one after.
