What it is
LaSara Medical Group is a Laguna Niguel, California practice, founded in 2017, that calls itself a “human performance company.” It treats weight, low testosterone, women's hormones, sexual health and aging, by telehealth nationwide and in person in Orange County. John Snedegar is founder and CEO, and Dr. Sunil Kurup is medical director and supervising physician, working with two nurse practitioners and a team of product specialists.
Its weight-loss lineup is weekly compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide shots, plus Hypospray Tirzepatide, a needle-free spray applied to the skin on weekdays. You can book a free consultation or go straight to the online intake, after which a provider reviews your history before anything's prescribed. Vitamin shots, sermorelin and NAD+ are pitched as add-ons.
The legal side is thin. The terms are a generic website template carrying a PatientPop copyright line, and no billing, cancellation or refund policy is posted anywhere. Payment options include HSA and FSA cards, CareCredit, Klarna and Affirm.
Semaglutide runs $289 on the monthly subscription, $299 for a single month, $849 for three months ($283 a month), $1,495 for six ($249.17) or $2,795 for twelve ($232.92). Tirzepatide is $379, $399, $1,100 ($366.67), $1,995 ($332.50) or $3,895 ($324.58). The site promises no membership fee, free shipping and a free consultation.
LaSara's own pages disagree on semaglutide. The sticky bar at the foot of the product page says “$299 - Monthly Subscription”, while the plan table beside it prices the subscription at $289. The About page advertises “$179 / Month” and prints a comparison table against five competitors shown only as logos.
A banner across the site offers 15% off store-wide with the code LABORDAY2026, still running on September 25. The figures above don't include it.
What happens after you pay isn't written down. Product pages say “Cancel or pause anytime”, but there's no published word on renewals, refunds, or what becomes of unused months on a prepaid plan.
Who it's wrong for
Came for the $179 on the About page? No plan sells semaglutide for that. The subscription is $289.
Skip it if you want refund terms in writing before you pay. LaSara posts none, even for the $3,895 tirzepatide year.
Not for you if the pharmacy's name matters. Three are listed, in Kentucky, Florida and Michigan, with no word on which fills your order.
Would you rather email than call? The only published channels are a phone number and a web form.
