Compounded semaglutide at Elevated Health is $296 a month on the monthly plan after a $196 first order, and tirzepatide is $359 after $259. Longer plans drop the monthly rate to as little as $187 and $235, but the site never prints what a term charges at once, and the home page's figures don't match the product pages.

What it is
Elevated Health sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections online, alongside testosterone, NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and tadalafil. Behind it is Elevate Your Wellness LLC, which lists a Sheridan, Wyoming street address (30 N Gould St) and trades as Elevated Health.
You answer a short online intake, pick a plan, and a clinician from Beluga Health, P.A., the medical group named in its telehealth consent, reviews it, usually within 24 hours. Approved orders ship within a day from a compounding pharmacy the site doesn't name, and refills go out automatically.
The terms of service, last revised 1/11/2022, are written for an older site under the name Elevate Your Wellness, refer to the “Bask Pharmacy Network” and the “Bask platform”, and spend most of their length on a testosterone membership with at-home blood draws. Little in them addresses GLP-1 plans.
Month to month, semaglutide costs $196 for the first order and $296 a month after that. Tirzepatide is $259 and then $359. The product pages promise “No membership fees” and “Same price at every dose,” and the consultation, medication, injection supplies and expedited shipping are included.
Longer plans lower the monthly rate. Semaglutide is $242 a month for 3 months, $229 for 6 and $187 for 12; tirzepatide is $304, $281 and $235. The pages print only those per-month figures. The refund policy calls the longer plans prepaid, so a 12-month semaglutide plan would come to $2,244 if charged at once (by our math; no total appears on the site).
The home page quotes different numbers from the product pages. Its tiles put semaglutide at “$176 first month” and tirzepatide at “$238 first month”, $20 and $21 under the first-order prices on the drug pages, and its hero line reads “Starting at $268 per month,” a figure no plan matches.
Brand Ozempic appears once, on the home page, “Starting at $1399/mo.” No dose table or Ozempic page backs it up.
The 30-day satisfaction guarantee applies to your opening month on the monthly plan alone. It refunds for bad side effects, onboarding that support never fixed, or medication that didn't arrive, and not for a change of heart. Prepaid plans aren't refundable once the medication is compounded.
Who it's wrong for
Planning around the home page's $176 semaglutide price? The drug's own page bills $196 up front, then $296 monthly.
Skip the 12-month plan if you're unsure you'll stay. The $187 rate is prepaid, and prepaid plans can't be refunded once compounding starts.
Want written terms that describe the GLP-1 service you're buying? Elevated's were last revised in 2022 and mostly cover a testosterone membership run through Bask's pharmacy network.
Not for you if the price itself might be why you quit. The satisfaction guarantee rules out “dissatisfaction with pricing” by name.
Looking for the compounding pharmacy's name? Elevated doesn't publish it.

FDA warning letter 719811, issued September 9, 2025, category “Unlawful Sale of Unapproved and Misbranded Drugs to United States Consumers Over the Internet (Telehealth)”. Addressed to “Elevate Your Wellness LLC, dba Elevated”, the name in Elevated Health's own terms. FDA writes that it “reviewed your website content at the internet address Elevated Health's home page in August 2025 and has observed that your website offers various compounded drug products, including semaglutide and tirzepatide.” It quotes two claims from the site, “Compounded GLP-1 medications are personalized versions of treatments like Semaglutide or Tirzepatide. They’re made by licensed compounding pharmacies based on a prescription from a qualified healthcare provider. They contain the same active ingredient as the branded medications, but are compounded to offer a more personalized and often more accessible option.” and “Semaglutide ODT is a custom-formulated, dissolvable tablet that delivers the same active ingredient found in the leading GLP-1 weight loss medications – without the need for injections.”, and states the objection: “Compounded drug products are not FDA-approved. Your claims imply that your products are the same as an FDA-approved product when they are not.” FDA's search on the other names screened (“Elevated Health”, “elevatedhealth”, “Bask”, “Beluga Health, P.A.”) returns no other letter to the company or the network it names. A warning letter discloses; it does not disqualify.
