It is unusually direct about prescriber licensure — “Every prescription is written by a fully licensed provider in your state” — and unusually indirect about almost every price it advertises.
The company is registered in Wyoming as Freya Meds International Inc. and says on its about page that it began in Australia as Trim.
The gap
They advertise $150 a month. That is the annual plan, prepaid, $1,700 on the card today. With no commitment it is $297 a month.

Freya's refund policy says “Monthly subscriptions are billed every 28 days to ensure continuity in your treatment and avoid gaps in medication delivery” — thirteen charges in a year, not twelve — and no product or pricing page says so. ⚠ A quarterly plan exists at $250 a month and is not a rung above, because Freya publishes no total for it: the annual is the only prepaid plan on the site with a charged-today figure attached.

Tirzepatide's quarterly and annual plans are advertised at $333 and $249 a month and neither carries a published total, so neither is a rung here. Freya also prints the quarterly rate as $332 on its own drug pages and $333 on its pricing page and treatments page.
$297 a month for compounded semaglutide, $390 for tirzepatide, on the plan you can leave. Those are the only two figures on the site with both a term and a charge behind them.
⛔ A Freya month is 28 days. Its refund policy says monthly subscriptions “are billed every 28 days”, which is thirteen charges a year rather than twelve — so a year of the $297 plan is $3,861, not $3,564. No pricing page or product page mentions it.
The number on every headline is $150, and it needs the annual plan at $1,700 up front. The same refund policy that explains the billing says the plan is gone: “Annual plans are no longer available to new subscribers.” So the advertised price is not merely a prepay rate — it is a prepay rate for something a new reader cannot buy.
The quarterly plans are advertised at $250 and $333 a month and Freya publishes no total for either, so neither appears on the ladder above. The one prepaid total on the whole site is the annual semaglutide $1,700.
There is no consultation fee and no membership — “Free Medical Consultation”, “No waitlists, no membership fees”. And the asterisk on “Starting as low as: $150 /mo*” resolves to nothing: the only footnote of that shape on the site reads “*Based on our patients results in 6-month plans. Results may vary.”, which is about weight loss.
Two other pairs do not line up. Freya claims “Available in all 50 US States” in five places while its terms say “We are not authorized to provide services in Alabama (AL), Mississippi (MS), West Virginia (WV).” And “Cancel anytime — no lock-in” sits against “Prepaid plans cannot be cancelled part-way through.”

Anyone who came for the $150. It is the annual rate, it needs $1,700 on day one, and Freya says the annual plan is closed to new subscribers.
Anyone budgeting twelve payments. Freya bills every 28 days, so a year of the monthly plan is thirteen charges.
Anyone in Alabama, Mississippi or West Virginia, whatever the all-fifty-states line says.
Anyone who wants to know which pharmacy fills the prescription. Freya names a network and no pharmacy in it.

Twenty-nine of Freya's own URLs across 23 captures — home, both drug pages, both pricing pages, /treatments, /how-it-works, four sale and segment landing pages, /quiz-2, the terms, privacy, refund and telehealth-consent pages, /contact-us, /about-us, /why-freya, four condition pages, robots.txt and three sitemaps. A nonsense path on the same host in the same run returned 404, so a 200 means the page exists.
The ladders, quoted from https://freyameds.com/pricing/, which is the one surface that attaches each figure to a named drug on a single line: “Annual $150/mo | Quarterly $250/mo | Monthly $297/mo” under Semaglutide, and “Annual $249/mo | Quarterly $333/mo | Monthly $390/mo” under Tirzepatide. The /treatments accordion prints the same rates but stacks both drugs' headings above one set of figures, which is why it is not the citation here.
The one published total, quoted from https://freyameds.com/pricing-2/: “Annual plan · billed $1700 annually. Renews at standard rate.” No total is published for either quarterly plan or for the tirzepatide annual.
⛔ The billing cycle, quoted in full from the refund policy, last updated 28 July 2026: “Monthly subscriptions are billed every 28 days to ensure continuity in your treatment and avoid gaps in medication delivery.” And, for the prepaid plans: “3-month subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase. Your medication is then prescribed as a full course and shipped to you in three separate monthly shipments, approximately 28 days apart.” The thirteen-charge arithmetic in this review is ours, worked from that sentence and Freya's own $297.
★ The advertised price needs a plan that is closed, quoted from the same policy: “Annual subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase… Annual plans are no longer available to new subscribers. Existing annual subscribers continue under these terms.” Against it, the $150 headline appears on the home page, /pricing-2, /treatments, /glp-1-sale, /hp-sale, /menopause and /pcos.
Why the licensure row reads Stated, from /why-freya: “Every prescription is written by a fully licensed provider in your state, following all legal and clinical standards for GLP-1 treatment.” The telehealth consent repeats it: “consent to treatment from a provider licensed in your state through a Professional Entity affiliated with Freya Meds.”
Fifty states, or forty-seven. Five lines claim “450,000+ patients across 50 U.S. states” or “Available in all 50 US States”; the terms say “We are not authorized to provide services in Alabama (AL), Mississippi (MS), West Virginia (WV).”
Support, both ways. Privacy policy: “Hours: Monday to Sunday, 8:00am – 8:00pm (Eastern Time)”. Eight other lines sell round-the-clock support, among them “24/7 Dedicated Support” on the treatments page and “Personalized, 24/7 customer care”.
Small disagreements worth knowing before quoting a figure back at them: the tirzepatide quarterly rate is $332 on the drug pages and $333 on the pricing and treatments pages; the semaglutide starting dose is 0.25 mg weekly on /pricing and 0.20 mg weekly on /semaglutide; a checkout banner says “$100 OFF APPLIED AT CHECKOUT” while a home-page popup offers “up to $300 off your first order”.
A description attached to the wrong product: under its Longevity tab, Freya describes NAD+ Injections as “A weekly treatment designed to support appetite suppression, metabolic optimization, and long-term weight management through GLP-1 receptor activation.” NAD+ is not a GLP-1 and is not on the ladder here.
The entity: “FREYA MEDS INC.” and “FREYA MEDS International Inc.”, at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, governed by Wyoming law. Its about page says “Freya originated in Australia as Trim” — corporate history, not a statement about where medication comes from.
Screened against FDA's published enforcement index on September 2, 2026 and nothing is filed against this company. The screen ran over all 3,664 letters on the strings Freya, Freya Meds and Trim and returned no match; the same screen in the same pass returns the three letters this roster already carries for Hims, Hers and Levity.
What could not be established, stated rather than guessed. The charged-today figure for three of the four prepaid plans — semaglutide quarterly, tirzepatide quarterly and tirzepatide annual — is published nowhere, and the checkout that would show them sits behind a required password on the sixth page of Freya's quiz. Those three plans are therefore described here and not priced. The four Save $X badges on the treatments page do reconcile as the monthly rate times the term minus $100, matching a “$100 OFF APPLIED AT CHECKOUT” line, and the method checks out against the one published total — but Freya does not print those three numbers and neither does this page.
On fulfillment: the terms say “FREYA MEDS is based in the United States. We provide the Services for use only by persons located in the United States”, and the treatments page says “medications from U.S. licensed pharmacies”. The overseas row reads Domestic on the second of those, which is about the medication rather than the customer.
