GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

FitRx's all-in Semaglutide Bundle costs $297 a month after a $217 first month, and the Tirzepatide Bundle $449 after $349. The $151 on its weight-loss page is medication only, bought as a 3-month supply, and still needs a membership whose regular price isn't printed.

What it is

FitRx is an online clinic from FitRx, Inc. that sells GLP-1 weight-loss care along with birth control, hair loss, skincare, mental-health and primary-care visits. For weight loss it does two things: its coordinators chase insurance approval for brand Zepbound, Wegovy, Ozempic or Mounjaro, and it ships compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide to people paying cash.

U.S.-licensed physicians and nurse practitioners review your intake and prescribe, and you get monthly video or phone check-ins, unlimited messaging and a weight-loss coach. The pharmacies aren't named. Its contact page gives a mailing address in Beaumont, Texas.

Where it operates isn't settled on its own pages. The home page promises licensed providers “in all 50 states and DC,” while the general FAQ lists ten: Florida, Texas, New Jersey, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington, Virginia, North Carolina and Indiana. Medicare and Medicaid members can't use the weight-loss program.

What it actually costs

FitRx prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$297None listed
Compounded tirzepatide$449None listed

The simplest price is the Doctor + GLP-1 bundle, which puts care and medication on one bill. Semaglutide is $217 for the first month and $297 a month from then on; tirzepatide is $349 and then $449. Doses pushed beyond standard titration can cost extra, and the bundle comes with a full refund if you're found ineligible.

The other route splits the bill. A membership covers the provider, coaching and insurance help, with the first month at $39 and no ongoing rate printed. Compounded medication is then bought separately: semaglutide from $151 a month and tirzepatide from $216 when you take a 3-month supply at 20% off. Buying three months also knocks 20% off your next two months of membership.

For insured patients, FitRx says covered brand drugs can cost as little as a $25 monthly copay. That's an insurance price, not a cash one, and the membership is still required to keep a prior authorization active.

Memberships renew monthly on the date of the first charge and can't be paused, only canceled. The site also mentions quarterly, semi-annual and annual membership discounts without printing them.

Who it's wrong for

Budgeting off the $151 banner? That figure needs a 3-month supply and a membership on top, and the all-in bundle is $297 a month.

Live in one of the 40 states missing from FitRx's FAQ list? Check before paying, because the home page and the FAQ disagree about where it treats patients.

On Medicare or Medicaid, you're shut out of the weight-loss program entirely.

Skip it if you want to read the fine print first: the terms of use, privacy policy, telehealth consent and refund pages linked in its footer all return “page not found.”

Questions people ask about FitRx

On the record8 sourcing notes: every price with the page it came from, and what the company doesn't publish
  1. Sources: FitRx's public site: FitRx's home page, FitRx's weight loss page, FitRx's weight loss FAQ page (accordion answers read from the headed page's DOM text), FitRx's FAQS page (same), FitRx's weight loss coaching page, FitRx's about page, FitRx's contact us page, FitRx's reviews page, FitRx's press page, FitRx's blog page and the other service pages. The footer's FitRx's terms of use page, /privacy-policy, /consent-to-telehealth, /notice-of-privacy-practice and /returns-and-refunds each returned “404: NOT_FOUND”. The sign-up, login and patient-portal links were not opened, and the calculator tools were not used.
  2. The prices, from the Weight Loss FAQ: “FitRx offers two bundle choices, depending on the medication prescribed and your individual needs. -- Semaglutide Bundle: $217 for your first month, then $297 per month- Tirzepatide Bundle: $349 for your first month, then $449 per monthEach bundle includes ongoing medical care, a provider review, and a written prescription for semaglutide or tirzepatide (when clinically appropriate), and medication shipped directly to your home. If your provider determines that a higher dose is medically appropriate beyond standard titration schedules, additional fees may apply.” and “With the Weight Loss Doctor + GLP-1 bundled plans, your compounded GLP-1 medication is included in your monthly plan cost”.
  3. À la carte, from the same FAQ: “Your first month of membership is currently discounted to $39”; “Medications are NOT included in the cost of membership. However, if prescribed, compounded GLP-1 medications—such as semaglutide—are available at transparent, affordable pricing, starting as low as $151 per month when purchasing a 3-month supply.” “Members who choose a 3-month supply of semaglutide … or tirzepatide may receive 20% off … semaglutide may be available for as low as $151 per month, and tirzepatide for as low as $216 per month … FitRx also offers an additional 20% off your next two months of membership”. A 3-month order “includes three vials, with each vial containing a one-month supply of medication.” The weight-loss page: “Semaglutide as low as $151/month … when purchased quarterly” and the banner “Limited Time: $96 off FitRx Weight Loss Program”.
  4. Insurance, from the weight-loss page and FAQ: “Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Zepbound™, and Mounjaro®as low as $25/month” and “reducing the price of semaglutide from $1,349 to roughly $25 /month”; “To keep a prior authorization active, you’ll need to maintain an active FitRx Weight Loss membership.” “At this time, the FitRx Weight Loss Program is not available to members using government insurance plans, such as Medicare or Medicaid.” These are insurance copays and are not ranked.
  5. Billing, from the FAQ: “FitRx memberships are billed monthly on the same date as your initial membership charge”; “At this time, memberships can’t be paused.”; refunds “typically appear back in your account within 7–10 business days” and “can only be processed to the original form of payment”; “If, after a provider review, you’re determined not to be clinically eligible for compounded GLP-1 medication, FitRx offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and will issue a refund.”
  6. Coverage area, two versions: the home page, “Free consultations and ongoing support from licensed providers in all 50 states and DC.”; the general FAQ, “At this time, through its provider network, Fit RX is happy to provide services to patients in Florida, Texas, New Jersey, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington, Virginia, North Carolina and Indiana.” Also “A provider licensed in your state will review your information”.
  7. The operator: footer “© 2026 FitRx, Inc. All rights reserved.”; contact page “2684 Calder Avenue Beaumont, TX 77702” and a support email. No phone number is printed.
  8. FDA warning letter 717987, issued February 20, 2026, category “False & Misleading Claims/Misbranded (Telehealth)”. It is addressed to “FitRX, LLC dba FitRx”, 30 Irving Pl, New York, NY 10003. FDA records that it “reviewed your website content at the internet address FitRx's home page, in December 2025”, the same site the prices here come from. It finds that the compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide pictured on the site carry a “FitRx” label, “suggesting FitRx is the compounder of those drugs when in fact it is not”, and quotes the claims “semaglutide (active ingredient in Wegovy) or tirzepatide (active ingredient in Zepbound)” and “we can ship semaglutide, the main active ingredient in Wegovy and Ozempic, or Tirzepatide, the main active ingredient in Zepbound and Mounjaro”. The finding is about those claims; it makes no finding about the medication itself. The site's own footer names “FitRx, Inc.” with a Beaumont, Texas address; the letter's addressee, FitRX, LLC, also appears in FDA's index under two other trade names, “FitRX, LLC dba Zealthy” (September 2025) and “FitRX, LLC dba AM RX” (June 2026), in letters about those brands' own websites. A warning letter discloses; it does not disqualify.
