What it is
LifespanningRx is a Miami longevity and peptide storefront that also sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. It's run by Lifespanning Media Corp., a Florida corporation at 495 Brickell Avenue, which also publishes a longevity magazine and podcast under the Lifespanning name. Most of the catalog is NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione and other peptide programs. The GLP-1s are a side aisle in a longevity shop.
It works like an online shop with a medical gate. You buy a listing, complete a screening and a virtual consultation, and nothing ships until a clinician approves. Prescriptions are filled elsewhere, by compounding pharmacies the company describes as U.S.-licensed 503A or 503B facilities, with Strive Pharmacy and Pharmacy Hub given as examples. Its provider network covers 48 states and Washington, D.C.; Alabama and Mississippi are out.
Brand-name pens have their own product pages too. Wegovy at $496.00, Zepbound at $764.00 and Ozempic at $564.00 are all marked Sold Out, and so are a sublingual semaglutide at $172.00 and a microdosed liraglutide at $544.00.
Semaglutide costs $166.00 for a one-month supply, the same figure whether you buy once or pick the monthly subscription. That's the cheapest of five semaglutide listings, which go up to $206.00. Tirzepatide opens at $196.00 and climbs across six listings to $336.00. Because no listing prints a dose, you can't tell from the page which of those prices your prescription will land on.
Three-month supplies bring the monthly cost down, though unevenly. One $166.00 semaglutide listing sells three months for $316.00 and the other for $476.00; the $196.00 tirzepatide listing's three-month supply is also $476.00.
There's no membership. Each weight-loss listing says the purchase “includes your medical evaluation & treatment access”, and a separate $29.00 Telehealth Consultation & Prescription listing promises “Full credit applied toward treatment if approved.” Shipping comes on top and is calculated at checkout; the shipping policy adds that expedited delivery costs extra and some cold-chain orders carry overnight fees.
Insurance isn't billed, though a health savings or flexible spending card can be used where the plan allows it.
Who it's wrong for
Want to know your dose before you pay? The semaglutide listings run from $166.00 to $206.00 and not one says what's in the vial.
LifespanningRx can't treat you from Alabama or Mississippi; its clinicians cover the remaining 48 states plus D.C.
Came for Wegovy or Zepbound? Look elsewhere. Every brand-name listing, from $496.00 Wegovy to $764.00 Zepbound, reads Sold Out.
A denial isn't free. From the moment review of your intake begins, LifespanningRx keeps the consultation fee, prescription or not.
Checkout is where the shipping number first appears, and overnight cold-chain delivery can add a fee LifespanningRx never prints.
