No 1-month price
We could not confirm a price for one month with no commitment on their public pages. Everything they do publish is below.
The $166 a month needs a three-month plan billed $499 today and $499 again every 11 weeks, which works out at about $197 a calendar month. Brello will not sell you one month.
Brello Health sells compounded tirzepatide and compounded semaglutide to women, on a plan that bundles the medication with provider messaging, an app, virtual fitness classes and a private community. It says it has 80,000 active members.
The unusual part is the order of operations. You pay first and complete the intake afterwards: "No intake form required before you pay." If a provider declines you, Brello refunds in full. That is a fair deal and it is stated plainly, but it means the price is the thing you see before anything else, so the price had better mean what it says.

Brello's own words on the tirzepatide page: "Billed $499 today Then $499 every 11 weeks" and "$499 Averages $166/mo". Note that $499 divided by three is $166.33, and that the renewal clock is 11 weeks rather than three months. At that cadence a 52-week year holds 4.7 charges of $499, which is $2,359 a year, or about $197 a calendar month.

It doesn't quite. The home page prints "$247 $166 per month" for tirzepatide and "$198 $133 per month" for semaglutide, and the footnote under both reads: "Plans shown reflect the monthly cost when billed as a 3-month supply. All plans require a 3-month minimum commitment and automatically renew every 11 weeks at the applicable recurring rate charged at checkout."
Eleven weeks is not three months, and that gap is the whole story. A plan that renews every 11 weeks bills 4.7 times in a 52-week year, not four. Tirzepatide at $499 a charge is $2,359 a year, which is about $197 a calendar month against the advertised $166. Semaglutide at $399 a charge is $1,886, about $157 against the advertised $133. Brello never prints an annual figure, so nobody sees this.
There is no one-month option to fall back on. The semaglutide product page offers a subscription selector with "3 Month" and "Monthly" in it; on 2026-08-31 the 3 Month choice returned a purchasable plan at $399 and the Monthly choice returned nothing at all. The tirzepatide page shows a single 3 Month Plan and no alternative.
One more thing worth knowing before you pay: if you cancel after the provider has completed your health review and written the prescription, Brello refunds your payment minus a $50 professional services fee, and only if you email within 24 hours of that review.

Anyone who wants to try a GLP-1 for one month. You can't here. Every plan is a three-month minimum and the checkout has no working monthly option.
Anyone budgeting from the $166. On Brello's own numbers the calendar-month cost is about $197, because the renewal lands every 11 weeks rather than every quarter.
Anyone who wants to talk to a clinician before paying. The intake comes after checkout, by design.
Anyone comparing the struck-through $247 to a rival's price. It is not a plan Brello sells, and the product page's own list price for the same three months is $749, or $249.67 a month.

On the monthly option: the semaglutide page's subscription control offers two values, 3 Month and Monthly. Queried on 2026-08-31, the page's own product-variation feed returned a complete plan for the 3 Month value and returned nothing for the Monthly value, while the same query for 3 Month returned $399. We report both results together because the negative result only means anything beside the positive one.
Two figures do not reconcile with each other and we print both rather than picking one. The home page's struck-through prices are $247 and $198 a month; the product pages' list prices for the same three months are $749 and $599, which are $249.67 and $199.67 a month. Neither of the struck-through figures is a plan on sale.
What we could not find: we read the home page, both product pages, the FAQ, the states-we-operate-in page and the full terms and conditions on 2026-08-31, searching each for licensed, state, 503A, 503B, pharmacy, overseas and hours. Nothing states that the prescriber is licensed in the patient's own state, and no pharmacy is named. Brello does state the pharmacy is domestic, in a badge repeated across the home page: "USA-based 503A Partner Pharmacy", which is why the overseas row reads None disclosed rather than Not stated. The states page renders a map with an Available and Unavailable legend and no list of states we could read. No support hours appear anywhere, though a phone number and an email address do.
Refund terms, from the FAQ on the home page, read 2026-08-31: "If you wish to cancel after your provider completes your health review and writes a prescription, Brello may refund your total payment minus a $50 professional services fee. Please email info@brellohealth.com within 24 hours of your completed provider review."
