Cabana's weight-loss page starts at $249 a month on a subscription that renews monthly, but the site never says which of its three GLP-1s that buys. The semaglutide, tirzepatide and semaglutide-tablet pages print no price at all.

What it is
Cabana sells itself as luxury telehealth: compounded semaglutide injections, tirzepatide injections, semaglutide tablets and NAD+, each paired with a “personal concierge.” Behind the storefront is Cabana LLC, at 8 The Green in Dover, Delaware; the FAQ answers “Is Cabana a medical provider?” with a flat no.
Prescribing is done by Wasef Health, PC, under Michael Wasef MD, with an office in Pinellas Park, Florida. The FAQ names one pharmacy, Jungle Jim’s Pharmacy (legally F&F Pharmacies Inc), and then says two things that don't sit well together: it isn't licensed in ten states, Texas and California among them, and it “does not dispense sterile compounds,” though two of the three GLP-1s are injections.
The terms of use are generic platform terms. Most of their program-specific text covers a testosterone program with Quest lab draws that the site doesn't sell.
One number: $249 a month, the starting price on the weight-loss page. It doesn't say whether that's semaglutide, tirzepatide or the tablet, and none of the three product pages carries a figure.
It's a subscription. The fine print reads “Subscription auto-renews monthly,” cancelable in the patient portal or through support. The FAQ says the medical visit, ongoing shipments and provider messaging are “all included in one low price,” and each product page lists “Includes Membership.”
Shipping claims don't line up. The weight-loss page promises “Free 2-Day shipping.” Cabana's shipping policy instead quotes a 4 to 12 business day average and says any shipping charge shows up at checkout.
No refunds on medication. Cabana's refund page runs two sentences, and neither leaves room for money back once a prescription is dispensed.
Who it's wrong for
Want the price of tirzepatide specifically? Cabana doesn't print it, or any per-drug figure, before the assessment.
Texas, California, New Jersey or North Carolina resident? Jungle Jim's, the one pharmacy Cabana names, can't dispense in your state, and no alternative is named.
Skip it if a sterile-compounding pharmacy matters to you. The FAQ says its partner pharmacy doesn't do sterile compounds.
Counting on two-day delivery? The shipping policy's own estimate is 4 to 12 business days after a 2 to 3 day processing window.
