Our verdict

Compounded semaglutide is $99 per 28-day supply at Pepti's 0.25 mg starting dose and tirzepatide is $159 at 2.5 mg, with no membership and no commitment. Higher strengths cost more, up to $199 and $319, and recent bloodwork is required before either is prescribed.

The short version

In its favor

  • $99 buys one month of compounded semaglutide, no commitment
  • No membership fee on top
  • Clean FDA warning-letter record
  • Names 3 pharmacies, including Olympia Pharmacy and StrikerRx Pharmacy

What it is

Pepti is a peptide telehealth store, and GLP-1s are a small part of it. The catalog runs to 60 products, from BPC-157 and GHK-Cu blends to NAD+, at-home blood panels and a wearable. Its weight-loss GLP-1s are compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, shipped as multi-dose vials with syringes and prep pads; neither comes in a pen.

Pepti LLC, a Delaware company at 131 Continental Drive in Newark, says it's neither a medical provider nor a pharmacy, only the platform connecting patients to both. Independent physicians licensed in your state review a five-minute assessment within 24 hours, and the site names Dr. Gene Lee, a family medicine physician, as medical director. Partner compounders such as Olympia Pharmacy fill and mail approved orders, and Pepti posts third-party test certificates for individual lots.

Both GLP-1s need recent bloodwork before a physician will sign off. You can upload results from any lab or buy Pepti's own at-home panel. Pepti ships nationwide, D.C. included, and takes HSA or FSA cards.

What it actually costs

Pepti prices by drug
DrugMonth to monthLowest rate on a longer plan
Compounded semaglutide$99None listed
Compounded tirzepatide$159None listed

At the starting dose a 28-day vial of semaglutide is $99 and tirzepatide is $159. Pepti bills per fill rather than per calendar month, so two charges can land in the same month. The physician, ongoing care, messaging and shipping are included, with no membership, consult fee or visit fee.

The price climbs with the strength. Semaglutide goes to $109 at 0.5 mg, $129 at 1 mg, $179 at 1.7 mg, $189 at 2 mg and $199 at 2.5 mg. Tirzepatide steps through $179, $189, $239 and $249 on the way to $319 at 15 mg. Several FAQ answers still say every refill costs the same, which holds only while your dose does.

Bloodwork is an extra cost unless you already have recent results. The FAQ quotes an at-home panel from $129, and the product pages offer a $149 at-home kit as an add-on.

Pepti takes your money at checkout, before any physician has read your answers, and returns all of it if you're declined. Once a vial ships, it's yours: no return, no refund. Canceling from your account stops future refills with no fee. A prepay-three-supplies bundle at 10% off has been withdrawn for new patients.

Who it's wrong for

Already on a high dose? Continuing tirzepatide at 15 mg costs $319 a refill, twice the $159 on the product card.

Skip it if you don't have recent labs on hand. Pepti won't prescribe either GLP-1 without them, and its own panel starts at $129.

Prefer a pen to a vial? Both GLP-1s ship only as vials you draw up with a syringe.

Looking for Wegovy or Zepbound? Every GLP-1 here is compounded.

Expecting twelve charges a year? Refills bill every 28 days, which comes to thirteen.

Questions people ask about Pepti

On the record10 sourcing notes: every price with the page it came from, and what the company doesn't publish
  1. Sources: Pepti's public site: Pepti's home page, Pepti's weight loss page, Pepti's semaglutide page, Pepti's tirzepatide page, Pepti's 09026f page, Pepti's how we prescribe page, Pepti's quality page, Pepti's contact page, Pepti's terms page, Pepti's refund page, Pepti's subscription page, Pepti's cancellation page, Pepti's shipping page and Pepti's pharmacy fulfillment page. This is the seller on Pepti's current site only, not the older Pepti domain, which was sold and now belongs to a different business. The dose pickers were opened with “I'm already on it”; the FAQ answers were read from each product page's FAQ markup. The /assessment page loaded but nothing was entered.
  2. The prices. /peptide/semaglutide: “— ALL-IN MONTHLY PRICE $99 No membership fee · this is the full price · free shipping · avg 4-week supply” and “Start with our starter dose 0.25mg weekly · $99 I'm already on it Pick your current dose 0.25mg 0.5mg · $109 1mg · $129 1.7mg · $179 2mg · $189 2.5mg · $199”. /peptide/tirzepatide: “— ALL-IN MONTHLY PRICE $159 No membership fee · this is the full price · free shipping · avg 4-week supply” and “Start with our starter dose 2.5mg weekly · $159 I'm already on it Pick your current dose 2.5mg 5mg · $179 7.5mg · $189 10mg · $239 12.5mg · $249 15mg · $319”. Weight-loss category cards: “POPULAR Semaglutide (Injectable) Medical weight management $99· avg 4-week supply” and “Tirzepatide (Injectable) Next-gen weight loss $159· avg 4-week supply”, and the comparison table “Compounded Semaglutide $99/mo all-in Medication plus consult and visit fees; varies by clinic” (the last clause describes a clinic, not Pepti).
  3. What's included, from the product pages: “Medication, provider care, labs & dose adjustments — all in one price. ↻ ~28-day supply. Your provider sets your exact dose, so yours may vary — your refill arrives as you finish the last one.” FAQ: “$99 per month covers the compounded Semaglutide, the physician review, ongoing physician care including dose adjustments and refill review, unlimited messaging, and free tracked shipping. There is no membership, consult, visit, or refill fee; the only separate charges are optional at-home lab panels and a physician-approved dose increase billed at pharmacy cost.” and “Semaglutide moves up the pharmacy's strength ladder when your physician approves, and you pay the cost difference for the higher strength.” Also: “The price is the same in every state and every refill is the same price.”
  4. Bloodwork, from the FAQ: “Semaglutide is one of the medications Pepti requires recent bloodwork for. Upload a lab report from any lab, or order a Pepti at-home panel from $129; the physician reviews it with your assessment.” The product page add-on: “— AT-HOME KIT (1 DEVICE) +$149”.
  5. Billing, from the Billing & Subscription Terms (“Last updated: August 8, 2026”): “Medication bills on a cycle measured in days, not calendar months — 28 days for every product — so your charge date moves through the calendar and a 28-day cycle can bill twice in the same calendar month.” and “The 3-supply prepay plan is no longer offered.” (for patients still enrolled, “currently 10% off, with free shipping”). The FAQ: “Once per fill, $99 each time, when the next vial ships. It renews until you cancel, which you can do anytime from your account with no cancellation fee.”
  6. Refunds, from the Refund Policy (“Last updated: August 8, 2026”): “Payment is collected at checkout, before the licensed healthcare provider reviews your intake. If the provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, your payment is fully refunded within 5-10 business days.” “If you cancel your order before it has been processed by the pharmacy, you will receive a full refund.” “prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once they have shipped.” The same page and the Cancellation Policy mention a “Pepti Medical Membership” subscription, while the product pages say “No membership fee” and the subscription terms say “there is no separate membership charge.”
  7. Who does what. Footer: “pepti LLC · Delaware Limited Liability Company · 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713”. /how-we-prescribe: “Every Pepti prescription is written by an independent physician licensed in your state, after a review of your intake, identity, history, medications, and labs where the medication needs them.” and “Dr. Gene Lee is the Medical Director of Pepti”. The terms (“Last updated: April 16, 2026”) apply Delaware law and require individual AAA arbitration, with a 30-day opt-out.
  8. Pharmacies, from the Pharmacy Fulfillment Policy (“Last updated: September 5, 2026”): “Prescriptions are fulfilled by an accredited network of independent, licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies, including: Olympia Pharmacy”. From /quality: lots “compounded by Mills Pharmacy & Apothecary, Birmingham, MI and StrikerRx Pharmacy and Kaduceus Pharmacy, 16259 FM 529 Rd, Houston, TX 77095”. Lot 09026F: “Tirzepatide/Pyridoxine (B6) 5mg/1mg/0.5mL. Compounded by StrikerRx Pharmacy.”
  9. Shipping, from the Shipping Policy (“Last updated: April 10, 2026”): “All orders ship free within the United States.” and “Processing typically takes 1-3 business days.” and “Most orders arrive within 1-3 business days of shipment.” Support, from /contact: “24/7 support We respond within hours, not days. Our team is available around the clock for non-medical questions.”
  10. No FDA enforcement action on record: FDA's warning-letter search on “Pepti”, “hellopepti”, “pepti LLC”, “Pepti, LLC”, “Olympia Pharmacy”, “StrikerRx Pharmacy”, “Mills Pharmacy & Apothecary”, “Kaduceus Pharmacy”, returns no letter addressed to Pepti, its operator, the named pharmacies or Pepti.
