Our verdict

Semaglutide injections list at $299 a month at VigorMeds, and its sublingual semaglutide drops at $239. The $199 and $139 on the product pages carry a $100-off FIRST100 promo code. Tirzepatide injections show only a three-month figure, $299 a month, with no one-month price.

What it is

VigorMeds is a Fort Lauderdale cash-pay platform selling semaglutide and tirzepatide in two forms, a weekly shot or daily sublingual drops, next to anti-aging, ED and hair-loss lines. You fill in an online form, meet a provider by telehealth, and if a prescription is written the medication ships to you. Microdosed semaglutide, microdosed tirzepatide and liraglutide sit on the menu marked coming soon.

Vigormeds LLC describes itself as a patient management platform and says it doesn't provide medical or pharmacy services. Care runs through independent providers and OLA Health LLC, and the contacts page also lists Encore Telemedicine in Alpharetta, Georgia, Ola Md LLC in Wesley Chapel, Florida, and Promise Pharmacy in Palm Harbor, Florida. The terms route prescriptions to compounding pharmacies, yet each GLP-1 product page is badged as an FDA-approved medication.

Its States We Serve page is a shaded map with no written list of states. The terms, last revised April 1, 2024, promise a provider licensed in the state you're in.

What it actually costs

Oral semaglutide$239None listed
Compounded tirzepatideNot sold alone$299 /mo, 3 months

Semaglutide by injection lists at $299 a month and the semaglutide drops at $239. On each product page the figure falls by $100 with the FIRST100 code, to $199 and $139, and that's where the “From $199 per month” banner comes from. The site never says the discount repeats, so treat $199 as an opening price rather than a monthly one.

Tirzepatide is harder to price. Its listing card shows a dollar sign with no number, and the injection's product page offers a three-month plan at $299 a month under the same $100-off badge. There's no one-month tirzepatide figure, and the page doesn't say whether those three months are charged together. The tirzepatide drops show $233 on the listing and $159 per month, three months at a time, with the code.

According to the return policy, one total subscription price covers a platform service fee, the pharmacy's charge and the medical group's fee, and the weight-loss hub advertises “No Hidden Fees”. No separate visit fee appears anywhere. Under the terms, any shipping charge has to be shown to you at purchase.

Cancellation happens by email, and a subscription renews on its own unless you cancel at least 30 days before the renewal is processed. Cancel within 30 days of first enrolling and the first month's fee comes back; after that nothing is refunded, and prescription medication can never be returned. Rejoining with a prescription still on file costs a reactivation charge equal to one month of your old plan, billed alongside the new subscription.

Who it's wrong for

Planning around the $199 banner? It depends on the FIRST100 code; the semaglutide injection itself lists at $299 a month.

Skip it if tirzepatide by the single month is what you're after. The injection shows only a three-month rate of $299 a month, and its listing card has no number at all.

Not for you if you tend to cancel close to the wire. Renewal goes through unless you email VigorMeds' support email at least 30 days before it's processed.

Should the label on your vial matter, note the mismatch: every GLP-1 page carries an FDA-approved badge, while the terms send prescriptions to compounding pharmacies.

Leaving after day 30 gets you nothing back, and returning later costs a reactivation fee equal to a month of your previous plan.
