Nolu charges $199 every four weeks for compounded semaglutide, $279 for tirzepatide and $239 for oral semaglutide, flat across doses and free of membership fees. The $179 on the home page is a microdose blend whose GLP-1 isn't named.
Nolu is a compact telehealth menu from Nolu LLC: compounded semaglutide injections, tirzepatide injections and oral semaglutide for weight loss, a pair of microdose GLP-1 blends, and longevity and men's-health lines. Providers come from a network of affiliated medical groups the terms don't name, authorized to practice where you live.
Nolu's terms name four partner pharmacies, one each in St. George, Florence, Bellmore and Daphne, and orders ship free by expedited delivery. Nolu says it serves all 50 states and Washington, D.C.
No street address for Nolu itself appears on the site. The terms choose Delaware law.
Semaglutide is $199 per four-week cycle, tirzepatide $279 and oral semaglutide $239, the same at every dose. The microdose blends are $179. There are no membership fees, and HSA and FSA cards work.
Because a cycle is four weeks, a year holds thirteen charges, not twelve.
Nolu says longer plans cost less per cycle, down to $137 for weight loss and $149 for microdose, but no page says how long those plans run.
Pausing or quitting happens from the dashboard; Nolu asks for 72 hours' notice ahead of a renewal.
Who it's wrong for
Want to know which GLP-1 is in the $179 microdose? The plan names only a “Low-dose GLP-1” with B12 and MIC.
Paid monthly and changed your mind mid-cycle? That cycle isn't refunded; only the first 72 hours or a medical disqualification bring money back.
Comparing against true monthly prices? Nolu's four-week cycles add a thirteenth charge each year.
