EllieMD

No 1-month price

We could not confirm what one month of treatment costs, with no commitment, from their public pages. Everything they do publish is below.

$897 buys a twelve-week supply, which EllieMD prints as "$299/mo" on one screen and "$299 per cycle" on the next — and a cycle is the whole twelve weeks.

What it is

EllieMD is the inverse of the usual arrangement. The price comes first — two screens in, before a single medical question — and the medicine is what's behind the wall.

It's also one of the few companies here that won't tell you what it's selling. The products are "GLP-1" and "GLP-1/GIP", by injection or as oral drops, and no page in the flow names semaglutide, tirzepatide or anything else.

What it actually costs

Unspecified GLP-1

unspecified GLP-1 price ladder
PlanPer monthCharged today
12-week supply, injection · advertised$299$897
12-week supply, oral drops, dual pathway$379$1,137

EllieMD never names a molecule. Its two injection options are labeled "GLP-1/GIP · Appetite Regulation · Dual Pathway" and "GLP-1 · Satiety Support · Single Pathway", both at "$299/mo ($897 total)", under the heading "12-week supply. Includes: Provider care, 2-day shipping, and all materials (nausea meds & labs)." The oral drops route prices the dual-pathway formula at "$379/mo ($1,137 total)" and the single-pathway one at $299/mo. Both totals multiply out exactly at three months. ⚠ The summary screen then prints "$299 per cycle" beside "$897 12-Week Supply", and the cycle is the twelve weeks, so on EllieMD's own page $299 is labeled two different things two screens apart. We file the price as a twelve-week block because that is the only thing you can buy.

The injection is $897 for twelve weeks, printed as "$299/mo ($897 total)" on the selection screen. The dual-pathway and single-pathway formulas cost the same. Oral drops are $1,137 for twelve weeks on the dual formula, printed as "$379/mo", and $299/mo on the single. EllieMD says the price covers "Provider care, 2-day shipping, and all materials (nausea meds & labs)" and states "NO HIDDEN MEMBERSHIP, SHIPPING, OR CONSULTATION FEES."

Twelve weeks is not three calendar months, and that matters when you compare this against a monthly subscription. Eighty-four days at $897 is $10.68 a day; three calendar months at $299 would be $9.83. The gap is small and it is real, and EllieMD is the one that introduced it by pricing in weeks and advertising in months.

Then the labeling wobbles. Step two calls the number "$299/mo". The confirmation screen prints "$299 per cycle" directly beside "$897 12-Week Supply", and the cycle is the twelve weeks. One of those two sentences has to be wrong, and EllieMD publishes both on the same path through the same funnel on the same day.

We could not get past the next screen. "BEGIN MEDICAL INTAKE" raises a dialog reading "ACCOUNT CREATION OR SIGN-IN — To proceed to the next step which is the medical questionnaire you will need to create an account by clicking the Register button." We don't open accounts to get a number, and in this case we already had it. What we did not get to see is the questionnaire, so nothing in this review describes EllieMD's medical screening.

The full breakdown — what is included, what is extra, and what happens at higher doses — is on the EllieMD cost page.

Who it's wrong for

Anyone who wants to try a single month. There isn't one. The smallest purchase is a twelve-week supply at $897.

Anyone who needs to know which molecule they're taking before they pay. EllieMD sells "GLP-1" and "GLP-1/GIP" and names neither.

Anyone reading the testimonials as ordinary customer reviews. EllieMD's own disclosure says "Some testimonials may be from EllieMD Independent Brand Partners who earn compensation", and "BRAND PARTNER" is a top-level item in its navigation.

Anyone who wants to see the medical questions before creating an account. You can't; the questionnaire sits behind a registration wall.

On the record

Walked first-hand on 2026-08-31 with a research identity. Price appeared at step two, before any medical question. The walk stopped at the account-creation dialog that gates the medical questionnaire; we did not register. Screenshots on file.

Verbatim from the selection screen, 2026-08-31: "STEP 2 · What would you like as your base formula? · 12-week supply. Includes: Provider care, 2-day shipping, and all materials (nausea meds & labs)." then "GLP-1/GIP · Appetite Regulation · Dual Pathway · Most Popular · $299/mo ($897 total)" and "GLP-1 · Satiety Support · Single Pathway · $299/mo ($897 total)". On the oral drops route the same screen reads "GLP-1/GIP · $379/mo ($1,137 total)" and "GLP-1 · $299/mo".

Verbatim from the summary screen on the same walk: "$299 per cycle" beside "$897 12-Week Supply", above "BEGIN MEDICAL INTAKE". That is the relabeling described above; we print both because EllieMD does.

The wall, verbatim: "ACCOUNT CREATION OR SIGN-IN — To proceed to the next step which is the medical questionnaire you will need to create an account by clicking the Register button. If you already have an account please click Login. Thank you!"

What we could not find, and where we looked: across the intake screens we walked and the elliemd.com home page read on 2026-08-31, no page states that the prescriber is licensed in the patient's own state, no pharmacy is named, nothing states where the medication is compounded or whether any of it is fulfilled outside the United States, and no support hours are published. Those rows read Not stated on that basis. We did not read EllieMD's terms or refund policy, so this review makes no claim about either.

Words used above: Compounded, Membership, Overseas fulfillment. All of them are in the glossary.
