What it is
Tyde Wellness is a telehealth program based in Pembroke, Massachusetts, for weight loss, menopause, hair and longevity. Dr. Kelly Kassick, DO, a board-certified family medicine physician, co-founded it and leads its medical side. The GLP-1 offer is compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide in full-strength and microdose versions, with nutrition coaching and weekly portal check-ins.
Two companies split the work. Tyde Medical Center LLC, a physician-owned practice, provides the care and bills the membership; Tyde Wellness LLC runs administration and the website. Prescriptions go to one of five named compounding pharmacies, depending on where you live and what's prescribed.
Care reaches all 50 states, provided you're physically inside one during the visit. A free consultation is offered before you buy, and low-dose naltrexone ($90) is sold as an add-on for plateaus.
What it actually costs
Advertised$88
Actually$249/mo
Tyde Wellness advertises $88. A month costs $249 because the advertised rate is the 6-month plan, $150 off first order.
The gap
They advertise $88 a month. That is the 6-month plan, $150 off first order, $528 on the card today by our math, since the plan's total isn't printed. With no commitment it is $249 a month.
On one-month plans, full-strength semaglutide runs $249 and tirzepatide $349. Three-month plans bring that to $166 and $200 a month, and six-month plans to $113 and $150. The price doesn't change with the dose, and the FAQ says no separate membership fee is added.
The $88 and $125 in the top banner are six-month prices after $150 off a first full-dose order. On a three-month plan the same discount gives $116 for semaglutide and $150 for tirzepatide. The weight-loss page runs a second offer, “Claim $50 Off Your First Month Today”, without saying how the two interact.
Microdose plans are cheaper: semaglutide at $179 for one month, $100 a month on three and $75 on six; tirzepatide at $249, $126 and $92.
How a longer plan gets charged isn't spelled out. The chart shows monthly figures only, the membership terms mention billing every 4 weeks or every calendar month, and the Terms & Conditions say fees are billed on the same calendar day each month. A four-week cycle would mean 13 charges a year.
Canceling takes notice. The Terms & Conditions want a request at least two weeks before the renewal date, while the membership terms ask only that it arrive before the renewal charge. No refunds once medication is ordered, though a patient the provider turns down gets 100% back.
Who it's wrong for
Quoting the $88 to a friend? It's a first-order, six-month semaglutide rate; the regular six-month price is $113 and a single month costs $249.
Skip it if you tend to cancel at the last minute, because the terms ask for two weeks' notice before a renewal.
Prefer to know your pharmacy ahead of time? Tyde assigns one of five partners in four states based on your location and prescription.
Want brand Wegovy or Zepbound? Tyde sells only compounded versions.
Tirzepatide on the one-month plan runs $349, more than twice the $150 regular six-month rate, so it's a poor fit if you won't commit.
