What it is
Ondra Health Inc. runs this Los Angeles-based GLP-1 platform for weekly compounded injections. Its prescribers work through Wasef Health, PC under medical director David Wasef, MD, and the site claims provider coverage in all 50 states plus Puerto Rico.
What's unusual is that you pick the pharmacy. The plan widget lists Hallandale, Vials RX, Boudreaux's, Southend, Drug Crafters and, for tirzepatide, Hyalo, each with its own additive (none, B12, glycine or B6) and its own list of excluded states. Hallandale, tagged most popular, excludes nine states including California, Massachusetts and Michigan, and Boudreaux's shows as temporarily unavailable.
The intake takes about three minutes, a provider replies within 24 hours, and approved orders arrive in 2 to 5 business days. Your card isn't charged unless a prescription is written.
What it actually costs
Advertised$96
Actually$149/mo
Ondra Health advertises $96. A month costs $149 because the advertised rate is the 12 months, billed up front.
The gap
They advertise $96 a month. That is the 12 months, billed up front, $1,149 on the card today. With no commitment it is $149 a month.
Paying monthly, semaglutide costs $149 and tirzepatide $219, a figure that already covers the consultation, the drug, supplies and delivery, with no membership fee. Dose doesn't change the price.
Longer plans cut the rate. Three months costs $339 for semaglutide or $549 for tirzepatide, billed quarterly. Six months is $649 or $999 and twelve months $1,149 or $1,699, each paid in one charge after the prescription is written.
The home page's “from $96” and “from $142” are those 12-month plans. They're sold only through Hallandale Pharmacy and Vials RX, so where Hallandale can't ship, Vials RX alone offers the 6- or 12-month rate.
After Ondra transmits the prescription, none of the order comes back: consultation, platform fees, medication and shipping all become final. Before that point Ondra may refund a patient a provider turns away, and recurring plans renew automatically until you cancel ahead of the billing date.
Who it's wrong for
Budgeting from the $96 headline? That's $1,149 paid at once for a year of semaglutide; month to month it's $149.
In California, Massachusetts or Michigan, Hallandale can't serve you, and some other partners exclude those states too, so check which pharmacies remain before choosing a plan.
Want the option to cancel after approval? Ondra's charges become final the moment the prescription goes to the pharmacy.
If you need a phone line to call, Ondra offers text and email only, with no published hours.

FDA's warning-letter search on “Ondra Health”, “ondra”, “Ondra Health Inc.”, “Wasef Health, PC”, “David Wasef”, “Hallandale Pharmacy”, “Vials RX”, “Boudreaux's New Drug Store”, “Southend Pharmacy”, “Drug Crafters Pharmacy”, “Hyalo Pharmacy”, “Quaker Community Pharmacy”, “New Life RX” returns no letter addressed to Ondra Health, its operator or Ondra Health. The search on “New Life RX”, a pharmacy Ondra names for Puerto Rico, returns warning letter 725661 (April 14, 2026) addressed to “New Life Pharma LLC”, 265 Livingston Street, Northvale, NJ, after an inspection that found its “Semaglutide Sterile Multi-Dose Vial” and “Tirzepatide Sterile Multi-Dose Vial” products to be unapproved new drugs. That firm's name differs from the one Ondra prints, and nothing on Ondra's site ties the two. A warning letter discloses; it does not disqualify.
