Compounded GLP-1 at Weightstry is $249 to $339 a month, priced by the pharmacy, on top of a required membership that the site's own terms put at $347 a month now that charter enrollment has closed, so at least $596 a month. The $150 charter rate still advertised on the page belongs to a cohort that has already closed.

What it is
Weightstry is a cash-pay telehealth practice aimed at women 38 to 55 in perimenopause and menopause, pairing compounded GLP-1s with bioidentical hormones, labs, a dietitian and a coach over a 24-week protocol. Weightstry, LLC, a Cheyenne, Wyoming company, runs the technology and administration. Clinical care comes from an affiliated medical practice it doesn't name, under medical director Dr. Sergio Naccarato, a board-certified emergency medicine physician.
Blake Nations and his wife co-founded it, and it's still signing up “charter members.” Clinicians are matched to you by state license, specialty and fit, and none is listed publicly. Labs are drawn through Quest or Labcorp at intake and again at weeks 12 and 24.
Coverage is stated two ways. The how-it-works page says 49 states with only Louisiana waitlisted, while the terms and privacy policy exclude Delaware, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Rhode Island, New Mexico, West Virginia and DC. Several advertised features, including the member forum and daily clinician access, are marked as coming online later.

Medication prices. The required $347/mo membership is billed on top.
You pay twice: a membership to Weightstry and the medication to the pharmacy. Compounded GLP-1 is $249 to $339 a month with no split between semaglutide and tirzepatide, and the membership for anyone joining now is $347 a month, so the floor is $596.
The page still leads with a $150 charter membership ($405 a quarter), but its own fine print closes charter enrollment on a summer date that has now passed, or at 500 members, with the public rate taking over after that. Only members who joined before the cutoff keep the $150 rate.
Longer prepaid medication plans and a 24-week prepay discount exist, the pricing box says, with no figures given. Hormone therapy adds $79 a month and optional testosterone $149.
Weightstry refunds your opening month of membership if you ask inside 30 days. If your clinician decides after the first labs that a prescribed medication isn't appropriate, its cost comes back. Otherwise dispensed medication and labs aren't refundable, and canceling stops future billing without refunding the current period.
Who it's wrong for
Comparing all-in monthly totals? A new Weightstry member pays at least $596: $249 of medication plus the $347 public membership.
Kansas, Mississippi or New Mexico resident? The terms exclude those states even though the how-it-works page claims 49.
Only after a GLP-1? The membership is built around a hormonal protocol, labs and coaching, and it isn't optional.
Want your drug's exact price in advance? One range covers both semaglutide and tirzepatide at every dose.
Signing up for the $150 charter rate on the banner? The page's own terms say charter enrollment has already closed.
