Heally review

GLP-1 telehealth · Prices read September 2026

Our verdict

Heally publishes no one-month GLP-1 price of its own. The “from” figures on its pages ($149 for the Wegovy pill or Ozempic, $250 to $299 for Zepbound, $199 for liraglutide) are drug prices a pharmacy bills, and its terms leave medication pricing to that pharmacy.

What it is

Heally is a New York telehealth platform that has booked online doctor visits since 2016, and weight loss is one shelf among many: longevity drugs, hormone therapy, lab panels and sexual health, plus acupuncture and emotional support animal letters. For a GLP-1, a physician from HLY Medical Group PA meets you on a 15-minute video visit, and if you qualify the prescription goes out that day.

Everything on the weight-loss shelf is brand-name except liraglutide. That means Wegovy as a pen or a pill, Ozempic, Rybelsus, Zepbound, Mounjaro and Lilly's Foundayo tablet, with compounded liraglutide offered as a cheaper cousin of Saxenda. Zepbound and Foundayo go through LillyDirect; other prescriptions go to a partner or local pharmacy. The About page names three compounding partners: The Pharmacy Hub, Beaker Pharmacy and Red Rock Pharmacy.

Heally, Inc. supplies the software, scheduling and payment handling and says outright that it isn't a pharmacy and doesn't practice medicine. The doctors take no insurance for visits, though HSA and FSA cards work and Sezzle offers payment plans.

Heally doesn't sell the medication, so no drug price on its pages is a Heally charge. Its terms say pricing, refills and shipping are “provided solely by the applicable third-party laboratory or pharmacy.” The Foundayo page says the drug “goes through LillyDirect's published pricing,” and the liraglutide page says it's billed separately.

The figures it does print are the makers' self-pay prices, and they don't line up. The Wegovy pill starts at $149 for 1.5 mg. A Wegovy injection shows up at $149, $199, $200 and about $349 on different pages. Zepbound is $250 on its own page, $299 on the tirzepatide page and $350 in a blurb on the liraglutide page. Mounjaro is $499 and liraglutide $199. Foundayo climbs from $149 at 0.8 mg to $199 at 2.5 mg and $299 above that.

The visit side is murkier than the banners suggest. Nearly every page calls the consultation free, but the Ozempic page adds a flat visit fee once you're prescribed and never names the amount. About 48 hours before the appointment Heally puts an authorization hold on your card, and you're charged only if the doctor approves you.

Refills are another open question. Treatment pages promise no membership and no subscription and say you pay only when you reorder, yet the FAQ says weight-loss refills are “automatically scheduled” until the program ends or you cancel. Under the terms, a subscription canceled mid-period runs to the end of it with no refund for the unused part.

A home-page link carries the coupon code 100offglp and the liraglutide page advertises “$100 OFF!”; neither says what the discount applies to.

Who it's wrong for

Want one number to plan around? Heally prints four different self-pay prices for a Wegovy injection, from $149 to about $349, and the pharmacy's bill is what you'll actually pay.

Skip it if a fee without a figure bothers you. The Ozempic page mentions a flat visit fee after you're prescribed and leaves out the amount.

Not for you if you're shopping for compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide at a flat rate. Those molecules come only as brand-name drugs here; liraglutide is the one compounded option.

Planning to bill the visit to insurance? Heally's doctors don't accept it, though HSA and FSA cards are fine.

Counting on a written refund policy? The refund-policy link on Heally's pages leads to a 404, and the terms rule out refunds for a partly used subscription period.

  2. The prices, as printed. Semaglutide page: “Semaglutide Online Program starting at $149 /month” and, for Wegovy injections, “Self pay options starts at $200 depending on dose.” Wegovy pills page: “Starting at $149 / month For the 1.5 mg dose”. Wegovy page: hero “Weight Loss Program starting $149/Month”, body “Brand-name Wegovy self-pay runs higher (about $349 per month at starter doses without insurance)”, FAQ “Wegovy self-pay runs about $199 per month at starter doses without insurance.” Catalog at /patients: “Wegovy FDA-approved semaglutide injection specifically for chronic weight management. Standard price is $349/month”, and “Heally's consultation fee is transparent and the medication goes through LillyDirect's published pricing — no hidden markups.” Because Heally relays LillyDirect's price and doesn't set it, Foundayo gets no pricing block.
  4. Who sets the drug price, from the Terms of Use (“Last Updated: December 16, 2025”): “Heally is not a laboratory and not a pharmacy, does not perform diagnostic testing, and does not dispense medications.” and “Laboratory services, prescription fulfillment, medication counseling, shipping, pricing, packaging, refills, and related services are provided solely by the applicable third-party laboratory or pharmacy.” The liraglutide page: “eRx to local or partner pharmacy (medication billed separately)”. The /patients page: “Connect your own pharmacy or use Heally's licensed, state-regulated partners”.
  5. The visit fee, from the Ozempic page: “Free consultation, then one flat visit fee if you are prescribed — among the lowest in online care” and “Your care is covered by a single flat visit fee for the physician consultation and prescription.” The /patients FAQ: “Your first consultation is free. Treatment prices are dependent on the service.” The general FAQ: “Around 48 hours before your appointment time, you will see an authorization hold by Heally Inc. This is to make sure funds are available before your doctor's appointment. You will only be charged if and after you are approved by the doctor.”
  6. Billing and refills. Treatment pages: “No membership and no subscription, ever” and “There are no mandatory ongoing membership or subscription fees; you won't get charged until you actually need and order your next round of medication.” The FAQ: “Yes, refills for your weight loss medication are automatically scheduled through Heally until your initial weight loss program is finished or you cancel.” The terms: “You may cancel a subscription at any time through your account or by contacting Heally's support email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods, except where required by law.” and “Subscription renewals may be processed up to two (2) days before the start of the next billing period”.
  7. Who does what: the footer reads “All medical services provided by HLY Medical Group PA” and “Heally, Inc Email: Heally's support email New York Office: By Appointment ONLY 42 West 24th Street, New York NY 10010”. The terms: “The Platform is operated by Heally, Inc.” and “Heally does not practice medicine or any licensed healthcare profession.” They choose California law and individual binding arbitration. Doctors are described as “licensed to practice in your state”; the /patients FAQ says “Heally is licensed in all 50 US states.” Insurance, from the FAQ: “Unfortunately, the doctors are unable to accept medical insurance or flex pay at this time. They do accept HSA/FSA.”
  8. Pharmacies, from the About page: “Today, Heally works with certified compounding pharmacies — including The Pharmacy Hub, Beaker Pharmacy, and Red Rock Pharmacy — ensuring that every prescription is filled safely, accurately, and shipped directly to you.” The home page: “All medications are dispensed through fully licensed, state-regulated pharmacies with free shipping.” Delivery is promised “within 24–48 hours”.
  9. Discounts: a home-page link carries “coupon=100offglp”, and the liraglutide page shows “$100 OFF!” over “Liraglutide Program Savings Free Consultation $0”. The /patients page also claims “Treatments offered are lowest price guaranteed.” No terms for either offer are published.
  10. No FDA enforcement action on record: FDA's warning-letter search on “Heally”, “getheally”, “Heally, Inc.”, “HLY Medical Group PA”, “The Pharmacy Hub”, “Beaker Pharmacy”, “Red Rock Pharmacy”, returns no letter addressed to Heally, its operator, the named pharmacies or Heally. Search FDA's warning letters.
